All the staff were exceptional. The cleaner(s) was/were very proficient and the desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. One of the men whose name I unfortunately didn't get but was normally behind the bar, went above and beyond when my girlfriend got severe sunburn, going as far too get some natural aloe plant and cut into it to get the natural gel which finally soothed her days long pain.

The location wasn't great but wasn't too bad either. The nearby beach was nice and simple and provided an adequate snorkeling experience. The nearby restaurants weren't all too expensive and did nice food, and the new marina was nice to walk by. The walk to old town was only about 20 minutes or so which wasn't bad either. It was just a bit too far from the other side of Rhodes town for my liking, so any activities starting say at the other marina would be a 40 minute walk to, and the main bus station and whatnot were also far away.

Very nice family-owned hotel. Friendly and responsive staff. Good breakfast. Sandy (not rocky!) ZEFIROS beach is only 5 minutes walk away. Many cafes and restaurants with tasty Greek specialties around. Adorable cats live on the premises. Good choice for those who prefer quiet relaxation and avoid noisy nightlife. Last but not least: the price is very affordable.

Rooms (specifically bathrooms) are not spacious, but that's exactly what you are paying for. Do not expect luxury - after all, it is a 2-star hotel (though my family and I believe that it deserves 3 stars).

Family owned business. Extremely polite people. Katerina and Pavlina are the example how customer service should be. And not only that. They're a shining example and kind reminder - how human beings should interract with each other. Not only with their kindness they made my stay in this hotel wonderful - they inspired me to be a better human being. They not only made a great impression of local people, but also gave me a hope in goodness in humanity. Totally recomended. 100%. They make you feel that you're at home away from home. I THANK YOU!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, simply amazing The pool was a lot of fun, they also give you a towel whenever you enter the pool so you don't run out of towels The location is great, it is close to many great restaurants , the beach and the marina

The room was a little small for us, espicially the shower I was hoping to have a safe inside the room but unfortunetly we could only rent one in the lobby The breakfast could have had a better variaty of food and the coffe wasn't exacly what I like

It was our second time in Marine Congo, and we were really looking to come back. Although the premises is a bit dated, we love it because: the staff is absolutely lovely, the hotel is very clean, location is great (few steps away from wonderful Zephyros beach and amazing bakeries - Pane di Capo and Stani). There's also plenty of parking spaces. We will be certainly coming back!

We stayed here 1 night to be close to the port, and for this reason the location was great. Good value for money. Breakfast was ok, good enough. Staff was friendly. There was a great small taverna close by (Mnakns?) with amazing food!

Pool area looks a lot bigger in pictures, and the pool is a plastic one. But better than no pool at all in the Rhodes heat. Our stay was good for the one night, but would not stay here for a longer holiday. Location is outside of the central area.

The staff were amazing and helped me with everything, from transportation to wherever we wanted to go, and also organizing our trips to Symi, St George's Bay, Seven Springs, Lindos and St Paul's Bay. The room was spotless with a balcony and a great view. Perfect location for exploring the area.

Excellent location. It is in a quiet area without many tourists. Very good restaurants near the area. The facilities are very good and very clean, with access to the pool until at night and there is also a pool table to hang out. Very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool wasn't very big but there was never many people in a one time so was perfect and so warm. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice with many choices. It was close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and The Old Town.

Good communication and friendly family run hotel. Clean efficient hotel with elevator and good breakfast. Also has a pool and there is nearby local beach with clear water and sun loungers and umbrellas for rent at beach.

Good value for staying in Rhodes Town near Old Town by 20 minutes walking or can take Bus by nearby bus stop Lots of cafe and restaurants nearby and grocery shopping.
