The Room, location, price, staff and food was perfect. Would definitely book the same room again ( room 8 ). It does exactly what it says on the tin. Old Town is easily accessible via a nice walk round the coast line OR through the back streets, all offering plenty of fantastic restaurants and Pubs to stop off during the day, or go back to later. So many different routes. Plenty to do all round.

Nothing to dislike about any of it really, whatever I had an issue with had nothing to do with the Hotel. One instance was with a pick pocket attempt while out in Bar street,, my own school boy error by having my phone slightly on show, all got resolved easily with no drama and with helpful local staff who asked them to leave. Lessons learned, hide / secure your valuables And I'm sure you'll have a good time. Take care entering the beach, the large smooth rocks at the sea edge are slippery,, short 60 second walk up or down from the hotel, you've got a normal pebbled beach, easier place to enter the water.

The location was superb, looking out over the sea with spectacular sunsets every evening. Close to all amenities in the area. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Old Town!!!

There were not enough utensils for the kitchen area, a toaster would have been nice, a kettle was provided. The main door into the property used to slam shut very loudly which you could hear even on the second floor, so if you were a light sleeper this would disturb your sleep.

Location is excellent, easy access from local airport bus, beach is just on the other side of the road. You walk to new city in 5min and to old city in 20min. Beach is windy and stony but much less people than on the main beach. Wind is blowing in through the balcony door which is nice. There is ac in the room, we didnt use it. Comfy bed. My partner had birthday at the day of arrival and the owners organized her excellent birthday cake. Keys you get from the restaurant downstairs which offers good food at reasonable price. Room was clean.

Because of the procimity to the road, there is noice of traffic all the time. But probably if one closes the door and uses ac, most noice is cancelled. Also some big party was nearby the other night. Bathroom has much lower roof that the other room - like 180cm. Bathroom has shower curtain instead of shower cabin. Kitchen didnt have any dishwashing liquid or sponge. There were cups and plates, kettle but one tiny very worn fryingpan as well as one huge old pot.

This hotel will always be in my heart. Four years ago I paid up front pre covid then it happened Mike voucher as long as you want it. What do people look for in a hotel, I look for location kettle fridge and WiFi and a balcony with a view also comfortable bed and cleaning and klea the young lady who cleans the rooms always has a happy smile. The restaurant underneath was our meeting point for mates in different hotels because its bloody good. It's basic no thrills comfortable and clean. Cheers Mike

Right on beautiful blue, aqua & azure water of the Mediterranean, in a great part of Rhodes....close to the ferry port/ old town Rhodes, lots of restaurants, little churches, shops. Very authentic, very beautiful. The restaurant downstairs connected to the hotel was run by lovely family & staff...I was on right on the Rhodes coast, right on the Mediterranean & could see Turkey across the way.Local people are lovely here.🙏 Great choices of restaurants, including the one downstairs-Oceanfront.

The location was OK, 15 min walk to old town, tavernas and bars at the zone. The room was clean and confortable. We had the room cleaned everyday during our stay. The bed was confortable and the view from our balcony was spectacular. There were several beautiful beaches very near at the zone. We definitely recomend.

Location was very nice and convenient, being right across from and overlooking the beach. The room was a good size, staff were friendly, and the price was very reasonable. Close to many restaurants, including one downstairs run by the hosts which served good food. Overall would highly recommend staying here - the value is excellent for the location and facilities.

Wifi was quite slow and unreliable and would only work intermittently. The air conditioner in our room was difficult to control because pressing buttons on the remote would not always get the aircon to work the way we wanted, and it would sometimes only blow warm air or become very cold randomly.

It was a convenient place for us to stay one night. The view was lovely, across the street from the sea. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

We were surprised that the apartment is in a neighbourhood with very loud, wild strip clubs. Apparently, young party animals choose this location on purpose but it's not great for a middle-age couple.

Affordable little gem with million dollar views..Updated bath which was nice. Comfortable bed. Retrieved keys from the owner that runs the oceanfront restaurant downstairs I believe open until 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. Many mini marts

No elevator to hump your bags or for disabled.

The view of the sea from our balcony was amazing. It was easy to get anywhere in Rhodes town. The room was basic, but affordable and when we had a problem (light bulb went) it was fixed straight away. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The studio was quiet despite being near a busy area.

‘Kitchen’ equipment was very basic. There were two of the basic cutlery, plate, glass, mug stuff and a kettle, which was great, but no saucepan of any kind (just one reasonable sized one would have made the difference). There was also no bottle opener (you cant bring one of those with hand luggage only, so it would be good to have one in the studio!).
