Really friendly, helpful staff. The room was modern and clean with everything you could need, including towels, hairdryer, toiletries etc. Good location near shops and cute squares with lovely little bars and restaurants to sit and watch the world go by. Also a stones throw to the train station with good connections to Copenhagen and the airport. Nice breakfast included, I have several food allergies but had no problem filling my plate! The bar had a good selection of drinks and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings in the courtyard with a glass of wine… it was lovely and peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely boutique hotel. The ambiance and tasteful decor create an inviting and peaceful atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The hotel is located in the middle of Odense and everything can be done by foot. The terrace is a lovely addition, especially when the weather is nice. We also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch, and the easy parking made everything smooth. We were initially hesitant to use the parking due to negative reviews, but our experience was smooth and easy. The hotel-designated spots were clearly marked, and although it took a minute to find the elevators, everything worked well. We registered our license plate at the reception (during check-in) and placed the parking card in the car as instructed. The price is very reasonable and comparable to other cities (around €20–25 for 24 hours). We only stayed one night, but a few more nights would have definitely been nice!

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast quality, particularly the pastries and coffee, which could be more refined to match the high standard of the rest of the experience.

The location was excellent — right in the heart of Odense, making it very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, cozy, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a large, comfortable bathroom. The interior design throughout the hotel was tasteful and modern. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — it was delicious and offered a great variety. Everything felt spotless and well-maintained.

An option for early check-in would have been appreciated, as we arrived earlier than expected and had to wait for a room to become available.

Staff were very helpful in resolving the room problems. General circulation spaces are well-designed and very pleasant. We took an evening meal in the hotel restaurant and found it good though rather pricey, even for Denmark. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was tricky to find - it didn't seem to have an address that we, on foot, could use. Local people we asked had never heard of it. Our room was extremely small and only equipped for one person. We had to ask for an additional single quilt and extra towels. Our windows were so high that we and hotel staff found it impossible to close the curtains completely - that is an issue in a ground floor room looking out onto a public walkway. Fortunately we only stayed one night.

We were charged a fine by the Qpark parking garage because we were not psrked in the correct hotel parking spot. We were parked right by the hotel sign, by the entrance to the hotel and there were no signs showing us that we could not park there. We paid our parking charges at reception. It is absolutely disgraceful and for this reason we will not be returning to this hotel! We tried to dispute the claim but the hotel are saying we need to speak with QPark and QPark are saying we need to speak with the hotel. What a joke! It feels like an absolute rip-off and scam.

A very nice, modern and clean hotel. The location is excellent - everything you need is within walking distance. It's a bit more expensive than other hotels in Odense but from our point of view, it was definitely worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but fine for a one night stay.

The biggest minus is the breakfast - it is very unorganized and overcrowded. There were also issues with the AC (it made a lot of noise but didn't cool anything down. Trying to follow the instructions to change the temperature did not work) but luckily it wasn't too hot outside so we could open the window instead. Some smaller nuisances: Poor water pressure in the shower. Strange sink that is unnecessarily huge but at the same time you can't wash your hands without hitting the tap. It is a bit unusual to be forced to pay a deposit when they already have your credit card on file.

Nicely located in a beautiful city

Clumsy situations, like a guy testing the fire alarms in the breakfast room. Breakfast end times changing every morning. While the breakfast room is full, staff is announcing breakfast will close. Breakfast end times are not aligned with what (holiday) guests want. It seems the hotel is oriented to business guests. Shower drain is clogged, however reported, never solved.

Comfortable bed and reasonably sized room. Breakfast was okay but choices were a little limited and more so on Monday when there were fewer guests. Restaurant is closed on Sunday - wish we'd known that on Saturday as we wanted to try the lamb shanks! Great location near the old town and railway station. We couldn't get the aircon to respond to temperature changes, despite following the instructions, so it was 24°C all the time - too hot to sleep in for us.

We have stayed a few times now with this hotel. Always enjoy it. Very nice, comfortable, quiet (despite it being in the City and (very) close to the Metro-Line. Breakfast is generally speaking good except for 2 things (see below)

Parking is expensive. Breakfast could be improved in 2 small areas: 1) Use real cornflakes instead of knock-off's and 2) Brunsviger is sub-Fyn-Standard must improve :) :). Else all OK!!

The property was new and stylishly furnished. Our room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast selection is good.

The hotel must be entered via a parking garage and the instructions are a little confusing . You can’t use GPS. There is also the potential for an immediate parking ticket before you can register your car with hotel. The breakfast hours are strictly enforced. You will be asked to leave the dining room at 10:30 even if you haven’t finished eating.
