Nice modern hotel at an excellent location. Room was spacious. Check-in process was quick. Really nice roof deck with pool and restaurant. Elevator is one of the nicest I have seen. WiFi is good Parking inside hotel premise

Ver limited parking with some double-parking. Room windows do not block much noise. All noise from outside (parking lot, traffic on street, music & loud noise from festival at waterfront) gets through. Also room windows are not weather proof. Always felt cold in room (in Feb.). Heater fan would not run, unless kept on. Safe did not work initially. Had to get maintenance to replace batteries. Room cleaning service inconsistent - If you leave DND tag on door in morning and replace with cleaning request before leaving in morning, you return to an uncleaned room

Great location within walking distance to everything , including the Melacon. very friendly and helpful staff and very clean and well appointed rooms. The Rooftop pool was beautiful and the breakfast was very good, in fact all of the food we had here was great.

It was Not the hotels fault but there was a dog next door that barked loudly throughout the entire night (both nights we stayed) and it sounded like it was right next to my head . I would suggest asking for a room facing the melacon .We were in room 503 and it was on this side of the building.

The beds are comfy, the personal was so helpful. location is great and parking easy!

we had to change 2 times the room as some are connected rooms (hearing everything from the other room) or on the 5th floor just below the breakfast room. They need to isolate the rooms by changing the doors and windows.

All the employees were kind and welcoming very feiendly. Hotel gives boutique vibes, which is nice. The location is within walking distance of everything. Deffinetly recommend. Staff, location, breakfast, parking accomodations. The smell was great.

Our TV was unprogramed. We called reception, and it was never fixed. The bed was a little hard for us. The lighting was not that great.

The hotel has fantastic views , very nice rooms with mini fridge, safe, and very comfortable matresses! the breakfast every day is included and good. only three blocks from the malecon. the restaurant and drink prices are very affordable for hotels in mexico in general.

The pool was cold even at 87 F, when you use the steps walking into the pool its very dangerous i slipped my first step in and almost hit my head on the pavement! i recommend putting a sign up to let guests know the the pool is slippery!

All hotel staff was friendly, polite and helpful (especially at breakfast). Hotel is clean (I always saw staff cleaning) Housekeeping service was excellent always came back to a fresh clean room. Good location. Short 3 block walk to boardwalk/malecon. Breakfast is included, they have a variety of options everyday.

The bed was amazing. Big and comfy. Roof top area was a very nice place to relax and have a drink. The views were amazing too. Staff were great. Manager was very nice too.

Our room was in need of some basic maintenance re: burnt out light bulbs and cupboard door that were falling off the hinges. Bathroom sink faucet was loose. Pool was rather cold.

Awesome hotel in awesome location, in a walking distance to the Malecón. Staff was very helpful, polite and nice. The breakfast was awesome. The only negative point is that the bathroom stank a bit, although it was clean. I think the odor came through the sink. We reported it to the staff, but no definite solution was possible during our stay. Anyway, I definitely recommend it. We would stay a second time there.

The staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. We booked a tour to Spirit Island, but the tour company didn't have enough people for the trip, so the boat trip was canceled. Through the hotel, we were able to get a full refund. The breakfast and lunch staff were great, and the food was great.

Great hotel, staff was super friendly and attentive, very clean and the rooftop pool area was just wonderful. In the day for some tanning and the sunset was beautiful , great to chillbout and enjoy drinks/food. The pool is very small we were lucky that it was just us and 2 or 3 more people ... makes it a very cozy place Breakfast was very nice, eggs, chilaquiles, coffee etc... included with our room rate , we thought it was a great value The restaurant food was actually quite nice and great price/value. We had finner one night there.Shrimp and ordered a steak... the shrimp was better but the steak not bad Our room was very comfortable, king bed, desk area , coffee machine and water bottles. We had room 301 Just 3 or 4 blocks from the main Malecon beach walking area, super close to many restaurants We walked 3 blocks to the Oyster House by FISM and had a lovely light dinner and on our walk back stopped by Romero Dulce and bought some sweet bread for our morning coffee .

The only compliant was thst the air conditioning in the room was a bit neurotic haha ... sometimes it was too cold other times it was not cooling at all, other than that it was great. We were lucky it was not really hot otherwise we would have called front desk and I am sure they would have done sonething as they were really responsive to any request we made Pet peave of mine: I wish when they design rooms they would not put the AC in front of the bed, who likes the cold directly shooting at you?
