Hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, and continually restocked/filled. Area is a newer part of Rapid City and many things to do within very short drive times.

Front Desk staff was great, but the rest of the staff were super unfriendly. Always walking around with sour looks on their face, and this would be mainly the staff working the breakfast area. Rooms do not have much "silent" features to them, lots of kids so you could hear them running around in the hall. Kids themselves arent the problem/concern I have, but rather the fact that the door was basically paper thin and you could hear everything.

I like the location and size of the room. The beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly.

The room could have been cleaner. The floor in the kitchenette area was sticky. We took wet paper towels and went over it. Possibly by whatever they are cleaning it with. The Sunday cleaning crew left dirty dishes in the elevator hall til the Monday crew got there and cleaned. Also in the hall outside a room. Now granted this could have happened after they left, but maybe the manager on duty should check halls in case guests put things there instead of calling for pick up. I’m not sure why a guest wouldn’t use the dishwasher in their room. So really a lazy guest problem and wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Our room was clean and our housekeeper Hilda was amazing! The rooms mostly blocked out the neighbors and outside noise. The fire pit out front was great at keeping the morning and evening chill away while sitting on the patio. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Yellow jackets were everywhere and there was no evidence that the property was doing anything to trap them. Day 2 of our 6 day stay someone was sick on the patio and blocked us from using the patio as it wasn't cleaned until our last day. Day 3 there was a power outage for a couple of hours and it would have been nice for the hotel to have flashlights or lanterns available for use during the outage. The beds weren't very comfortable and the window shade in our room looked pretty ragged.

The breakfast was good, but the service devices were hard to handle. The biscuits and eggs were in a very narrow opened case and hard to get out with the tongs provided. The bagels were not pre cut and there was nothing available to cut them with.

There were food wrappers under the couch in our room and we had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch. The front desk said the extra sheets and blankets were supposed to be under the TV cabinet but they were not.

The room was comfortable and clean. The employees were cordial and respectful. The breakfast choices were waaay above the norm. And the entire site was clean and inviting.

The snack choices sold in the lobby were extremely limited. Nothing healthy or inviting snacks at all. All were candy, chips, sodas and cookies. No fruit or limited-sugar items.

We loved the outside grill and seating area. Breakfast was also AMAZING! The afternoon/evening manager was so wonderful! I referred to her as the Pam Beasley of the Home2 Suites

The night shift guy came in going off about something or another professional. He was rude and not at all professional. He didn’t wore a hoodie, baseball hat and sunglasses all shift and smelt like a chain smoker.

Nice size, clean room with everything we needed. Breakfast was great, hot and fresh. Love the waffles! All of the front desk people were very friendly except one.

Pillows were lumpy. Need knife for breakfast waffles or stronger fork to cut them with. Parking was short on space and tight.

The suite was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The staff was very helpful.

I did dust the open shelves on the wall myself and the vanity in the bathroom was quite dusty where the linens were. But overall it was nice.

Everything youd expect from a hotel , the place was phenominal staff was really friendly and acomadating. Good location to run around and get things if you needed to.

I didnt have any complaints about this hotel it was a last minute change for us checking in and it was a real stress reliver the way they helped us out.

Easy access, clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Rooms were big enough to fit all 6 of us with no issue! I loved how convenient and easy it was to just walk straight to the waterpark from our room. Would definitely stay here again!
