It's good value for money I'd say and the facilities on the whole were good. The breakfast was nice and early which was great for having to queue early for Machu Picchu. The staff were really helpful as well. Overall I would recommend this place to stay.

The only thing was that the first room I stayed in the window didn't shut which meant it was quite cold and very noisy. However, I spoke to a member of staff the next day and got changed to a different room which was great.

Staff is amazing, we had some issues with check-in and girl in the reception kindly helped and called to the airline since for us this call wasn't for free + the English line was busy. Bed comfortable, room clean, breakfast available from 5h30, location very central and room had amazing view! Nice stay:)

Since we were just in the center, it was a bit noisy as some bars are just below

The location is excellent, just a few meters away from the train station to Cusco and the bus location that takes you to the World Wonder

The room was really small for the three of us but and it had just one light control for the entire room; it does not have palce to put things on which makes it not really confortable

The room was super comfortable with a great view over the river that gave the town its name. The breakfast was very good, and included eggs for guests that wanted more than the traditional fruit, bread and cheese. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, both local and touristy, and the bus stop for Machu Picchu is less than a 5 minute walk away. The train station is also about 5 minutes away.

The only thing we didn’t like was the weak Wi-Fi.

The 3 women that work at the reception could not have been nicer or more helpful to us!! We needed help reorganizing our plans and they were literally online alongside me searching for Machu Pichu tickets, train tickets etc. The hotel was very clean and the room was nicely decorated with a lovely view of the mountains.The shower had great water power and the water was always hot (not a given everywhere). The location was in the middle of town but there was no noise at night which was ideal. We would 100% stay here again and we thank the ladies at reception for the kindness and attention.

Perfect location, good price, very clean, shower was OK... almost everthink you need for your strip for Machu Picchu was there and was perfect.

Worst breakfast during our trip around Peru. Rather skip it and have your owns.
