Great little hotel near the railway station and good value so ideal for the night before and after our trip to Machu Picchu. Staff were helpful and let us store our luggage whilst away. Room was small but perfectly adequate. Highly recommend.

Water was too hot the first night with only a trickle of cold to temper it, then it wasn't hot enough the second night!

The breakfast was really good, with a good buffet variety and when we woke up early for Machu Picchu they left us a bag out each with some breakfast to take on the go. The receptionist was really lovely and the hotel was well located and clean and cozy.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, I had a great night sleep. Also, the receptionist was great.

Was a good budget stay in Aguas Calientes. Staff were helpful and informative.

The shower had a cold drip and there was mould on the ceiling.

Very nice and clean, just a short (1min) walk from the train station. Nice staff.

Thin walls, big windows which let the light into the room which made it hard to sleep (they turned it off after 11PM though).

Budget friendly without sacrificing cleanliness. They also left us packed lunches as we were leaving so early.

All good, bring earplugs not because of noise in the hotel but coming from the streets . It is the same in for all the hotels
