Nice hotel with all the amenities and services. Aguas Calientes is of course over-touristic but this place has a great location but most importantly the room was big, clean. Definitely suggested and I would return back :-)

The Staff! Absolutely horrible :-( No nice suggestions or tips but even worst they tried not transparent! We have asked the first day at the arrival and the day after if we could have a shower after our check-out in the SPA. We have been told it would have cost 25soles per person so we confirmed. Right after the shower they have tried to charge us 30soles. Quite transparently it's not about the 5soles difference but it's more the fact they tried to charge more which we found extremely unprofessional

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Aguas Caliente. We book this hotel last minute since the hostel that was attributed to us with our tour was aweful and we were not disappointed. Excellent and quick service. The room was comfortable and really clean. The bathroom was amazing especially the water pressure in the shower and the hot water. Finally, since we were leaving early for Machu Picchu, the receptionist asked us what time we wanted breakfast regardless that we needed to be at the bus station for 5:00 am. We showed up around 4:30 at breakfast to find out a really nice and hot breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, yogourt and fruits, etc. And on top of it, they store our luggage all day until our train got there! Would definitely go back! Exceptional service.

Fantastic location with a great view of the river (booked river view). The hotel has an elevator which was a relief to use after the hike. The room was very spacious, the mini-bar was tempting and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with a variety of seating options overlooking the river with the mountains just there. Beautiful.

Towel rails would have been handy in the bathroom as there’s nowhere to hang your towels. Clearer instructions on how to use the jacuzzi would have been appreciated.

Location (very close to market and bus to Machu Pichu), staff was excellent, breakfast buffet. I loved the coffee and tea options. Marialena was a HUGE help when I got altitude sickness. Her intervention (Aguas De Florida), saved our trip! They stored luggage when we went to Machu Pichu and let us stay there after to wait for the train. Wish I’d had time to use the spa bathtub.

No washcloths. Next time in Peru, I’ll bring my own 😊

The room is quite big and beautiful compared to average hotel in Aguas Calientes. The view is execeptional, you can hear the river sounds during the night and very comforting. I love the en suite jazucci in my room. The location is perfect, in the central near station and popular cafe, resto and traditional market.

Since it's very close to the river and forest, you must apply insect & mosquito reppelent and prevent to open the window at night.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. They allowed us to store our baggage after we checked out while we went to Machu Picchu which was awesome. The breakfast was delicious as well and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only thing that was that the room could have used a fan to circulate the air. Having the window open was really nice but at night we didn't want the bugs coming in.

Very nice and spacy room, romantic setting, perfect for couples. Perfect location, literally over the Urubamba river with a stunning view, and 5 minutes from the train station.

There was a problem with my reservation, I was given a double room instead of the family room that I booked, but the staff was quick to find a solution and I ended up with an upgrade, but it was only possible because the hotel was not full and I had some WhatsApp confirmation messages about the room characteristics.

Great location steps from the buses to machu Pichu. Rooms overlook the urabamba river which is nice. New bathrooms. Staff is quite helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean and the rooms are decent.

No blinds on windows so sunlight streams in at 5 am. No air-conditioning and we had to ask for a separate fan.. all night we could smell smoke although faint.

The melodic view of Urubamba River! Could sleep with the sliding glass door open, once the various hotels restaurants exhaust systems stopped releasing smells for the night (I’m vegan, so the scent of animal flesh burning was not appealing). The lovely people who worked at this hotel makes for an even more pleasant stay. I’ve already left a glowing review for them via Travelocity, but it’s worth mentioning again how wonderful Chef Tina, waitress Ruth Quispe, front desk Manager (forgot her name but she gave me a BEAUTIFUL room on a higher floor, to my surprise), front desk attendants Marquiño Silver, and Percy Rodriguez who surprised me with a purely vegan Peruvian quinoa dessert the last night I was there - devoured under the early evening stars from the small balcony overlooking the majestic Urubamba River. I cannot forget the kind housekeeper who cleaned the water off the bathroom walls after a jacuzzi malfunction. THANK YOU all, wonderful people.

The exhaust of various restaurants and flowing runoff from their kitchens into the Urubamba River below. I wanted to form a cleanup crew to take out plastic debris, alas my visit was not long enough.

The hotel was very nice & close to the train station. The rooms are beautiful & the bathroom was very big with a hot shower & jacuzzi tub. View of the river was also very nice. Location was perfect-close to the train station & bus to Machu Picchu. The staff were friendly & helpful. They even helped us bring our luggage to the train station when we checked out.
