The location is amazing - so close to the beach - either a short walk or by ferry across the lagoon. The inside of the apartment is very spacious - especially as there just two of us. Beautifully set out - large flat screen TV, light and bright with lovely views across the swimming pool to the lagoon.

The apartment smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. It took 3 days for it to clear and even then never completely. The window in one of the small rooms wouldnt open so we were unable to air it out and left that door shut the entire stay. The outside lounge furniture is nothing like the photos and nowhere near as nice. There is one broken outdoor umbrella so we were unable to use the outdoor dining table after 10am as in full sun. Again quite different from the photo. The air-con unit in the main bedroom was not working - despite us reporting this 4 times it remained broken for our entire 2 wk stay.

Despite the apartment not being on the beach it was surprisingly easy to get to by using the free water ferry behind Cassia Hotel. Apartment was comfortable, modern, clean with good aircon system.

We were 4 adults in the apartment and only had 2 mugs (and no other cups). Requested more but was not delivered in the 4 days we stayed there. No soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, dish cloth or anything else like that so you need to be aware of this.

The apartment is modern and clean with a lagoon view. The property has free shuttle boat to the beach. There are dedicated sunbeds and umbrellas between the trees, which gives a nice shade to chill. There are also shuttles within the Laguna and to the Boat Avenue. There is a supermarket nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped. The check in and out is easy.

There was a stain on the sofa, hence some proper upholstery cleaning is required. They could provide a sponge and dish washing soap, but we anyway bought them from the supermarket.

Lovely appartment. The cassia residence and hotel complex are all in the same area - you can use all of the pools and catch the free shuttle to the beach.

Minimal support from reception staff, provisions in the appartment were minimal - ie no tea/ coffee /hand soap etc provided - we needed to request washing up liquid. There was insufficient crockery in the kitchen - 3 bowls 3 plates etc for an appartment which sleeps six.

The location is good with close proximity to a 24hr Family Mart, beach, golf course, restaurants nearby. Boat avenue was within walking distance too, or you could the skate scooters (extra cost) available. The apartment was bigger than expected. The electrical appliances were relatively new and clean. Quiet and safe environment. Take the free boat ferry to the beautiful Bang Tao Beach, walking along the beach to Laguna Beach, you can find beach clubs and restaurants too!

The balcony light was missing, so we could not enjoy sitting at the balcony at night. Was bitten by quite a number of mosquitos around the environment, would be good if natural mosquito repellant aromatherapy lamps or room sprays were available. Had to quickly buy some from the family mart. Would be perfect if there was gym or use of gym was available for quick workouts, even though we are on holiday.

We stayed at the apartment complex, not the hotel. The apartment faced the road not the Laguna/Beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and all the furniture/equipment were of a high standard.

The apartment is of a high standard but there is basically no service. I didn't see a single person that checked on our room in 4 days. All the kitchen equipment is great but no manual or guidance on how to operate it. I got an email from the management if I had any question to which I responded with questions which wasn't answered. No simple tea towel / sponge or dish washing liquid in a 30tsd Dollar kitchen. No amenities in the bath room except for some liquid soap. Not a single bottle of drinking water in the fridge or at least any map of the area as to where one can buy such things. This is all not an issue if one stays for a longer visit. For a short stay it is a bit annoying having to spent valuable vacation time sorting things out on the first 2 days.

It is our second time we are staying in Cassia Residences by Laguna Phuket. And it is a best place to choose for a family trip. + great location in Laguna + Tops market 5 minutes + easy access to cafe, restaurants + sea access by boat shuttle + splendid view on lake and seaside + weekend market just near the residences + parking on site + comfortable apartment for family with 2 bathrooms, balcony, and living area + once a week cleaning service + 24 hour support service online + everything for basic needs available + pool on site comfortable for small kids

Great location only 10 minutes walk from the incredible Bang Tao beach and 15-20 minutes walk to Porto de Phuket with the best supermarket. Apartment was modern and clean with a nice view of the Laguna despite being a roadside flat.

The staff were virtually impossible to get a hold of before or during my stay. No one answered the phone or responded to emails/in app messages. The only contact was to take and return deposit with no response to any queries in between

Clean, bright airy apartment close to Boat Avenue and all it has to offer. Shuttle bus or water taxi to beach. 4 pools to choose from if you don’t want the beach.

The only negative I have is the lack of a ‘welcome pack’ when you arrive. We arrived after 8pm and as we have been lucky enough to stay in Laguna previously we knew where to shop. Anyone who hasn’t been to Laguna before wouldn’t necessarily know where to shop for basic provisions. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar & bottled water would be a nice touch.

Great location close to amenities, parking for car. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor with lovely view of the lake and the sea. Pool is baby friendly with shallow areas. Can walk to small ferry boat which takes you across the lake to the beach. The washing machine was great and plenty of space for the whole family in the apartment. Has all crockery and cutlery and glassware but you will need to buy cleaning liquid etc.

The safe and the cooker didn’t work, contacted the management but no reply, but not a big deal for us as we only stayed a few days. it’s weekly housekeeping so if you stay for less than 7 nights they don’t come to give new towels or change the sheets but you can do it yourself with the washer and dryer.
