It was inevitable for me to write a review for this hotel and its wonderful staff. Upon arriving at the hotel with smiles, we were greeted by a wonderful girl named Semi and an equally wonderful guy named Novi. They allowed us to check in early and even invited us for coffee and welcoming drinks on the house. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel offered us much more than we needed. When they heard we were going to visit the Thermal Springs in Benje, Semi even provided us with towels. We decided to have both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and here too, we were very satisfied. My experience at Hotel Kaso Ervehe: 10/10.

Nothing, and when I say nothing I really mean nothing.

Hotel Kaso Ervehe is a beautiful property with the original building renovated from when it was a museum. The second building is newer and the room we were given was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The courtyard is a wonderful meeting place for the guests and local residents. A live trip played beautiful traditional Albanian music with the guest joining in on the dancing. Meals and drinks are also served in the courtyard. Our host Rakip was a wonderful and welcoming host. Alexandra was an amazing hostess, a very warm person always with a welcoming smile.

It is a family traditional hotel and everybody does his best to let you feel at home. It is nice that you can sit in the terras in front of the hotel, for breakfast dinner or just to have a rest. There are also a lot of locals there. You feel you are really part of Albaninan social life. Some evenings there is music and singing on the terras. The breakfast is a buffet with a salad, eggs and local products. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious

The hotel itself is lovely, but the few streets to get to it from the center are in a poorer neigbourhood (not that you feel unsafe though). Also that is Albanie. A lot is developing resulting in contrasts.

Stayed here for the ladies birthday. Permet is a fantastic place and this hotel made it even more special. Staff here are great and have awesome personalities. The location is excellent, few mins walk to town and also some very nice restaurants! Generally very quiet rooms and location as well so you really relax. Breakfast was nice and fresh too, clearly local produce. The building is lovely as is the building where the rooms are, I believe it all used to be a museum which they are working on revamping as part of the stay and experience, I look forward to coming back in the future to see it.

We had the most amazing stay in Hotel Kaso! The staff were so friendly and sweet. Breakfast was included- a choice of scrambled eggs, omelette or traditional Albania doughnuts (a must try!). Right in the centre of the town. The room was big and clean and the bed was really comfortable. I can't stress enough how lovely the staff were. Live traditional music every night also (but not too late so can easily get a great sleep).

The hotel building is nice, but the view is of an old neighborhood with ugly buildings. Breakfast can be improved - the bread is uneatable, and the omelets are cold. There are way too many cuts everywhere, including on the restaurant tables The rooms have no refrigerator or tea and coffee, but you can ask at the hotel; they don't charge for it.

This is a lovely hotel just steps away from the main square of Përmet. This elegant stone villa is very charming and impeccably clean. The staff are amazing and ready to help and assist in any way they can. Breakfast is abundant and very delicious, featuring homemade jams—a local specialty of Përmet. A beautiful terrace with outdoor seating offers delicious food and live music in the evening. This is a perfect place to spend a few days in Përmet, eat well, and enjoy this quaint little city.

We had a family room, which was traditional in style and very clean. We had dinner on the terrace in the evening, helped by the friendly Allessandra, who had excellent English. She recommended the chicken menu to share, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

No big complaints. Our family room was on the ground floor, near Reception, but we did not have a problem with noise at all. Our only criticism is that the curtains did not cover the windows fully and let the light in.

Really nice accomodation, friendly host and good beakfast. Owner even let us to park the motorcycle in the patio. Much appreciated.

There is nothing really to complaint about. All very good. Maybe just two improvement proposals: A bit hard to find even with GPS coordinates, maybe add a sign. When showering you flood the whole bathroom. Maybe a step between the shower and rest of the bathroom.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Kaso Ervehe in Përmet, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was stunning, with beautiful decor, comfortable beds. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant, which served delicious traditional food . I also appreciated the convenient location, which allowed me to easily explore the city.
