We stayed at this hotel for two days, and I have to say the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Everything was spotless, the location was great, but what really stood out was the kindness, courtesy, and attentiveness of both the staff and the owner. They weren’t just incredibly welcoming to us, but to every guest staying at the hotel, and even to people just stopping by for a drink at the hotel bar. I highly recommend this place — if you’re passing through the area, make sure not to miss this hotel. The experience is truly wonderful.

Nothing everything was perfect

For the price we paid, we really can’t complain. The room was comfortable and served its purpose.

Wifi is good enough to post your pics to FB but terrible if you need to work remotely. Location seems close to city centre but it’s all uphill so if you’re not up to the challenge, do yourself a favour and take your car 😅. Breakfast doesn’t come close to what you come to expect in Albania-do not let this be the reason you book because you will be very disappointed. Despite all this, you won’t find anything cheaper. We’ve been travelling Albania for one month now and we’ve paid a lot more for a lot worse. We were actually pleasantly surprised with this one.

A perfect stay! Me and my girlfriend stayed for two days to visit the amazing city of Gjirokastra. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. A comfortable and quiet place with a perfect location just 2 minutes far from the Old Bazaar. A delicious breakfast for a good start of the day. I highly recommend it. We cannot wait to return!

I enjoyed my stay there. What mostly attracted me was how crystal cleaned , embellished , organised and well matched everything was in the room. What I did not like was that since the first day had to wake up really early and could not catch the breakfast, the second day none asked me how and when was going breakfast to be served, so ended up missing it. Besides that, I would totally recommend staying here and definitely come back again, hopefully will ask on my own without waiting their instructions to try the missed breakfast as well :)

Its was a cute& clean room. The staff was friendly. They had a parking space if you are going there by car. There were supermarkets right across the street.

It was a little bit far by walking to the center of Gjirokaster. 25-30 min by walking ( Gjirokaster isn’t a flat town 😂). Also I wouldn’t recommend a breakfast there. It was good but maybe you can try better. It included fruits and cake.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Great sized room and bathroom. Good hot shower and toiletries provided. Easy parking in front of the hotel. We walked up into the old town, rather than taking the car and trying to find parking. 20 mins walk, up hill, but quite doable for most people, I think.

Very clean hotel with good location (1,5 km uphill to the centre). Good value for money!

Poor wifi, the hotel is located next to the main road so it is very noisy even with windows closed. The breakfast included in the price was symbolic (small bun and banana) but it was possible to pay extra to order good breakfast (eggs, cheese, vegetables, bread).

The room was very nice with beautiful pictures, brand new washroom. I broke the wheel on my luggage on the way to hotel because the roads do not have good asphalt and the owner glued it to the bag and refused to take any money. He also gave us free ride to the bus. He also bought us kettle and cups when we asked yo have something warm to drink. Besides, breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable, everything was perfect! The bed was very comfy, everything I needed was available at the room and at the bathroom. The place was really safe, quiet and cute. The location was really close to the center and the old town. The staff was very friendly, the prices are too affordable, and the conditions the room offers are amazing! I will gladly visit this hotel again!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and stylishly decorated, the WiFi was good, and the breakfast was tasty.

It is a bit of a walk up a steep hill to get to the old town. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault: I should have checked the steepness of the hill to the old town and not just the distance.
