Friendly staff, very big rooms, comfortable and huge bed; delicious food

The beach is not clean! Long distance until beach (aprox 8km), the schedule of the bus shuttle provided by the hotel is very weird, it comes every one hour starting at 9 (except lunch time) & Last bus that can be taken from beach to the hotel at 18.00. However you can go with your personal car until Heros Beach, but the parking is always full and awful. Even if we had all inclusive, we couldn't have almost nothing from the beach bar as they provide juices/water from big bottles already open (2l) so we needed to pay for a coffee/small bottle of water/cocktail

The furniture is outdated and during our stay we encountered various situations that, although they were fixed, left us with a bitter taste, such as the clogging of the toilet, the heavy draining of water in the shower, sockets removed from the wall... Some investments are needed in repairs, it seems that there is a degradation from year to year. In addition, at a 5-star hotel you expect not to pay for parking or for coffee placed in the room. Moreover, we did not expect that, at a suite , to have only the standard double bed and a non-extendable sofa we mentioned we were 2 adults and 2 children (we paid extra for the extra bed :( even if a year before it was free of charge :( ).

The attitude of the persons working there, thank you to each and everyone :) i give an 11 if I could! Room 333 :) as promised, i posted the picture from the restaurant which is a salute from us and thank you! Room : Furniture is old, tv old, no smart tv. No Romanian channels if anyone would like to know. The balcony is big, the room is big, the bed very big and comfortable. Spa area :10 wonderful place! View: 10 Confort :10 Very Clean: 10 Food... 6, 7 unfortunately. The snacks in between meels also need improvement. Well, it depends on one's taste, of course The bar, the cocktails were awesome!!! Again, I would give an 11 if I could. Note that the shuttle bus from the hotel tp the beach is only from middle of June until middle of September You can borrow the buggy to visit the golf area which is very big. Please note that if you visit during April, for example, like we did, you could expect that lack of variety for the food part. Overall, a nice place to stay and enjoy the wellness area.

Food. It could definitely be improved, more diverse Sea is far away, but the view is great

I m an old customer. i know exactly what to expect. i love the place, the view, the rooms, the comfortable beds, the indoor pool and sauna etc but i had some bad surprises- coffee in the room was not complementary, you have to pay it, you have to pay the parking 12 leva / night, the breakfast _ even if it has a lot of options it looks cheap, even the vegetables are from 2 days ago, pastry is like in an old comunist market.. so this was a disappointment..! i recommend theirs la carte restaurant, the food was really good.

I liked the common area, the spa and the outside pool. The golf area is great also plus the possibility to walk around the resort is very much refreshing.

the rooms need renovation and more cleaning. Last time when i joined there was a sparkling wine at the reception for each guest, now it is not done anymore and the quality of the breakfast decreased. For a 5 star hotel i was expecting fresh juice at breakfast not from automatic machines which is not fresh...

- the outside and inside pools; - saunas; - jacuzzi; - gym; - breakfast was very good; - good choice of restaurants;

there was supposed to be a movie night for children, but unfortunately the lady in charge with entertainment was not in on that day and the children were rather disappointed;

great food, very comfortable beds, vrry friendly staff, perfect for relaxation.

a little bit outdated ( in need for some renovations), maybe more variety on drinks for the all inclusive option and the parking space should be free of charge.

Spa is really nice, big rooms

About 7 km distance to the beach, the shuttle is available only two times everyday and if you want to go by car you will find a really abrupt descend and a small parking, very possible not to find any place. The furniture and shower, also tv set are old, i had to call the service team twice. They came and fixed the issues, but still, this shouldn’t happen at a 5 star hotel.

There is a lot of improvement with the new staff from Indonesia, the services in general are better than last year. The food was also good, even though it could've been more versabily in the options. The spa was excellent as always. The water temperature in the pool was excellent.

The pool was full most of the time. There was no space to swim at all. Some furniture in the room has to be repaired or changed, after all the hotel is already 10 years old.

The resort definatelly need renovation The all inclusive package don’t deserve at all : - first of all you have to pay additional fee if you want to take the lunch/dinner at a la carte restaurants and there was a separte menu with very few options you could choose - the personel from the reception and even their manager were very surprized to find out this is not normal and trying to convince us that we need to pay because somebody is bringing the food to our table. - the beverege selection is very poor : all types of soda are from the machine , wine from the box , draft beer - no alternative beverage for children
