We had a great time together at Nympha Hotel this year! What we enjoyed most about this hotel was its location. Right on the beach, with access to a private beach, in a pretty remote and quiet area, but easy access to shops and supermarkets. The beach was clean thanks to the staff (and not the tourists, unfortunately), the sunbeds were comfortable and we had enough umbrellas. The rooms were clean, with updated furniture and working appliances, and the room service came daily to change the bed sheets, towels, clean the place and refill the fridge with water. Food was super tasty and diverse, there were always options for any taste or diet, with a lot of choices in terms of sweets as well. The coffee was not great, but not awful, the coffee machine from the snackbar being a better option. We had a pretty good list of options for drinks as well, both in the dining and snackbar areas. The staff was very friendly and nice, from reception to cleaning or the bar, which was awesome. Overall, it was a very pleasant holiday and we would definitely choose Nympha Hotel again if we were to stay in Golden Sands! Thank you!

Coffee could be better The pool area was pretty far (Nympha Hotel is part of Riviera Complex and they had only one pool for the entire resort).

The hotel is located right on the beach, being able to participate in the unique spectacle offered by the sunrise right from the room's balcony. Clean beach with fine sand and comfortable sunbeds. The menu is very tasty and varied. The Riviera resort ,of which the hotel is a part , is absolutely wonderful, an oasis of relaxation.

Cleaning was done daily, but the bed linen was never changed. The towels are a bit worn.

we arrived at this hotel on june 3, for 1 night and had the All In package. although they had opened the place 1 day before and there only 4 rooms occupied and we were afraid the food would not be ok, they did their best to provide the few guests with delicious meals. not that much variety, but very tasty. the hotel was right on the beach, nice sand in the area and sunbeds included nice and comfy room, clean and nicely decorated barhroom. short walk to the center of Golden Sands, yet very quiet and peaceful place. they belong to Riviera chain of hotels and we were able to enjoy the wonderful outdoor swimming pool from their main location, Riviera.

i don t know if the guests from Nympha can benefit from the Riviera pool all summer long or it was just a favor for us, being among their first guests, but i didn like the fact that we could not order from their pool bar (drinks were allowed, snack food not, which is a little unconformtable when your kid is looking at other people eating donuts or icecream). this i did not like and hope they offer the same treatment to all their guests.

The staff was very nice, the location is very close to the beach, there are enough sunbeds provided by the hotel free of charge, it has a nice garden with big trees in the back, food was ok, alcoholic drinks and beverages are local brand but are acceptable, parking was 20 lev/night, but it is safe.

Food wasn't great, unfortunately. Soft drinks and beer were awful. Sun beds are always "reserved" (kept busy using towels) by tourists one night in advance. Hotel stuff can do more to accomodate a fifo approach ( first arrived first served)

It was clean and comfortable by the beach! Staff go to great length to satisfy guests! Big thanks to Kiril, Margarita, Yana, Nikola, Sash, Nedelcho, Kristalina,Milena, Daniela, Kaloyan and all restaurant staff! They provided soya milk at our request! Food was excellent! Restaurant top class!

We had to go to the other site (Riviera Beach) for swimming pool & Gym but could not get drinks from the bar! Also the gym was not staffed! some children could get hurt playing with the machine!! No water in the gym!

Wonderful and efficient staff everywhere, top keep up of property, sea view, lovely sand beach and Riviara coast with mineral springs everywhere. Many thanks for great hospitality! Keep the good work!

The all-inclusive restaurant is not as good as the hotel itself. The beach needs a bodyguard to not be overcrowded by visitors who think it's a free zone.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location: right on the beach, 5 minutes from the restaurants and nightclubs of golden sands and still quiet because it is on the edge of golden sands. The rooms are bright and beautiful, the food buffet is rich and tasty and the staff is extremely friendly.

Location was great, hotel is right on the beach. They provide beach towels, and drinks outside hotel on the beach. It’s not a big hotel, so it’s not crowded. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Safe in my room didn’t work, they tried to fix it, but they couldn’t. They put new safe in 3 days after I started fussing and requested talking to manager. I asked for upgrade for my inconvenience, but no, they didn’t do it.
