The area, and the environment around the hotel are good. There are restaurants and bars and it is not far from the the sea. The pool is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable even though it it is a little dated.

Sadly the Wi-Fi lets the place down; it is very erratic.

Location was amazing! Pool was the perfect temperature! Bed was large and very comfy and the staff were incredibly friendly.

There’s is a perfect opportunity to have a pool bar there and they would make so much more money from it, along with this, breakfast needs a menu so you know what you can and can’t order. The shower needs a little update also but other than that the place was great.

8/10 based on comparisons in this price spectrum. Beautiful, accomodating staff- ready to help & always with a smile. Good breakfast. Super responsive to requests, both prior and during. Kids loved both pools. Great location. Short walk to the beach- ripper sunsets, & so many shops + eat options (Aussie bakehouse, for the down under crew 😉) We had the family room, which was key lock- so much space, and so much relief to lock the door and relax knowing the littles could run around the room/apartment without worry- a welcome reprieve having come from two private villa stays with doors that didn’t lock and very deep pools 😅 Awesome contracted room service for the neighbouring resto.

The wifi essentially didn’t work for us- a wifi expander would do the trick to these rooms down the back :) Though the tv did have cartoon channel which was good for the younger kids for some downtime :) the older ones were due a wifi detox 🤣

I love staying here The staff are helpful the two pools are easy with steps to get in and out of and are cool unlike other hot pools in Bali the shower is great pressure great value for money and close to bars shopping also a Dr on-site bonus if you fall ill. Will continue to use this hotel for my upcoming trips to Bali 😍😍😍 Thankyou to all at The Grand Sinar Indah highly recommended Julie.D

A proper western breakfast would be nice as I don't eat rice and when I asked for bacon and eggs it was half a strip of bacon and two poached eggs in a bowl I was going to Tipsy Tortoise for breakfast 2min walk but I would have preferred my $$ go to Grand Sinar instead please upgrade western/American breakfast

Close to everything shops beach all in walking distance, with laundry facilities at hotel or just down road at one of shops ,with deli and doctors office adjacent to hotel along with 2 pools and good priced massage facilities on grounds .security 24 hrs ,rooms cleaned every day or when wanted just put sighn on door ,reasonable breakfast available with 24 hr food room service. All service people at hotel are eager to help in what anyway they can . Great air conditioned room worked great.

Air conditioning had slow leak did inform reception but didn't get to maintenance to fix. Still need outter face lift ,sinage needs a up makeover and lite up .

Some aspects of the rooms are a little run down but then that’s offset by the great price of the room. Smoking is allowed in the breakfast area and one bogan woman sat there every morning puffing away on her fags when there were other places to smoke. I don’t enjoy having inconsiderate people smoking while I’m trying to eat breakfast. Totally disgusting behaviour. 🤮

A great hotel, in a great location and even greater staff!! Nice and clean, amazing clean pools, just a little stroll to the beach- and restaurants and bars and shops right there! Madrass very comfy, AC working very well, good cleaning - and an amazing staff! Always smiling and helpful with everything. High security .Good value! And tucked away from the huzz and buzz, silent with birdsong 👌🏼 We stayed for a month!

This hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic (they even cooked separate fried rice for me every morning as I can't eat eggs). There were two really good sized swimming pools and we used both of them many times. Our room was a good size, with plenty of shelving. The onsite day spa was absolutely wonderful and slightly cheaper than 'on the street'.

Have stayed here before, you get what you pay for. Location good, breakfast is okay, staff are brilliant and friendly. By leaving a $1or 2 on the bed leaves your room with a little extra plc and some extremely happy staff, not much in the scope of things.

Nothing not to like, remember what you are paying for, of course things can be improved but you're holidays enjoy.
