This is an all suite hotel. Rooms here are well appointed and comfortable. Good decor is assured because hotel is an extension of an expansive furniture display in the Habitat store ground floor level. Tasteful artwork adorns the walls. Breakfast buffet is comparable to other higher level properties in KSA. Hot options vary daily. If you stay during a lower price period, it's a great value.

There are not any services in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. But ordering for delivery is an option for example Al Romansiah which is visible but on the other side of the expressway.

The room was not clean properly Old stuff were under the bed , There was no pre maintenance the sink in the bathroom was not working. Menu of dishes was not as per the list in the paper, but the available dishes were extremely excellent except the salad

Cleanliness was top notch. Indian staff was very friendly. Washroom size was ideal. Pool at roof top was icing on the cake. Basement parking was an added advantage. Small kitchen area in living room helped us alot.

Arab staff should listen to customer requests properly. The location of hotel is far from corniche considering walking. The room description on bookig.com showed me queen size 2 beds but when i actually reached my room it was 2 single beds only.

I don’t like the buffet for breakfast it has all the canned food and frozen items please include Asian Indian Pakistani food items too at least two breakfast items so that Asian people can also enjoy and do add karak tea , milk was not at all hot it was cold

Housekeeping forgot to send towels soap etc waited for the whole day. Called again in the night. Pool cleaning especially the small one. Kids less than three years must not be allowed. Water was yellow

The room was big, lots of space. Breakfast was nice

The fitness room for females was terrible. It was a cleared out room, had one kg weight. It was insulting to be honest. No hot tub available as advertised.

Helpful staff, spacious room, and safe for families.

The carpets, bedding, and washroom floors weren't clean. Maintenance is required. There was dust in the corners of the room. There were hair and stains on the toilet floor.

The staff were very cooperative and supportive, special thanks to Ms. Fatmah at the reception for the support. Room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Towels were not available at the swimming pool unfortunately.

Everything was good, Except the staff let me stay two nights without bringing my requested extra blankets, otherthan that it was perfect
