Excellent location, right on the main street in the center of town and less than 1 minute walk to a (free) shuttle station to Zion Park. Big and spacious rooms. Clean. Nice included breakfast at the nextdoor restaurant. Helpful front desk man. Pool etc were closed when we came (before opening). Plenty of available parking.

Slightly expensive in our opinion (320$+ per night). Rooms a bit stuffed. Fridge had a bit of a mouldy smell. Front desk wasn't always available 24/7. Had to wait 15-20 minutes in the queue at the restaurant for breakfast (happened twice, stayed in mid-April).

A nice vintage style motel that blends nicely into the canyon setting with its colors and 50-60’s architecture and colors. The room interiors have been nicely updated and are neat and clean, and the beds are very comfortable, and so are the pillows. We always get one of the family suites because of the separate bedrooms. Great WiFi. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast, it’s at a great dinner Nextdoor with awesome breakfast and great service. Just a great place for a quiet getaway with a friend or two.

There’s nothing to dislike. It’s great!

Great location with views to die for. Lots of space to park the car. Ideal location for catching the shuttle bus to Zion which was definitely the easiest way to get to the park as parking is limited. Also located near several restaurants so can easily walk to them. Rooms were spacious , comfortable, extremely clean and AC worked very well. Fortunately our room was in the shade in the evening so we could sit out comfortably in the evening outside our door. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was included and was very good. Although the room decor is from a previous era that didn’t detract from our stay whatsoever. I would certainly recommend staying here if visiting Zion.

If the reception staff member is not there they leave a number for you to call. Unfortunately many visitors from overseas now only have ESIMs with no phone access. We were ok as the receptionist was there for our check in. We had a room with an adjoining door and we could hear our neighbours watching television. Thankfully the AC helped to drown out the noise!!

The property is very clean. It is surrounded by the picturesque Zion mountains; that when you are seated outside eating, you enjoy the majestic view of these mountains. Zion Park Motel is so accessible to eateries, shopping centers, grocery marts, and the tourist center. The motel provides you with amenities: a heated pool, ref, microwave, WiFi access, and breakfast vouchers to Porters. All the receptionists at the motel desk were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend and would want to stay here again the next time. Kudos!

None that I can say.

The room was clean and the location was quiet. We were about 5 rooms from the major road and didn't hear anything all night long. The gentleman working the front desk was very helpful in showing us where to park the car trailer that we were towing. We asked in the morning if we could leave our truck and trailer parked where it was if we were a little after the check out time because parking is horrible in Zion. He allowed us to leave the vehicles where they were with no charge. (We made it back before 11 am but it was very generous of him.)

After a long day of driving and pulling a car trailer through Zion, there was nothing that I could complain about.

Vic and the other lady in the office are very professional and accommodating. I like that there is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast accommodation is excellent and the staff there are so hospitable.

Everything is great except for one housekeeper, a middle age, big woman with black hair and who wears a pink headband. She’s very rude. She saw me smoking outside and yelled at me at the top of her voice that I cannot smoke in the property when she can say it in a nice way. I know I can smoke outside but not in the room. She didn’t even say sorry when she saw me the following day. Even if I am not a guest there, she shouldn’t treat people rudely. She should be written up or worst be fired out.

I really enjoyed nearly everything about this motel: the location, the décor, the classic motel vibe, and it included a great breakfast at the local café nearby. I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Zion NP.

We had difficulties understanding/speaking with one of the staff in English. When we had to inquire about parking after check-in, we could not find that staff member as there was just a sign at the desk saying "Around the property - come find me." (No one could be found.) There is a random tax auto-added during check-in that was not announced/included via Booking.com. So that needs to be clarified/pre-announced or removed.

1st is the location. Just outside Zion National Park, you could walk to the Visitors Center, or catch the shuttles when running. Most restaurants nearby were closed during our January stay, but Oscar’s and the Zion Park Brewery were open and very good. 2nd best part was the included breakfast at Porters next door. We ate there 5 mornings, and were never disappointed with the service, choices and quality. Motel room beds were comfortable, room was clean with full maid service, shower was large with very hot water.

Very comfortable budget accommodation. Parking right outside of room was great. Breakfast at Porters was great!

For budget stay, this was great. The bed and pillows could be more comfortable/updated. Lighting in room was very harsh, but overall - again, for cost of stay, this place was great! Location is awesome. Porters is great for breakfast. It might be helpful to communicate to guests that they are able to tip for service via credit card at Porters. I did not come with cash due to breakfast being included. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked very last minute and got lucky to get a room at Zion Motel.Perfect place to get onto the hiking trails early the next morning. Everything that you might need and more in walking distance. The rooms are spacious, water is hot and breakfast is included in the restaurant next door. Great food options! It fills up easily though, so either be there before they open or bring some time.

Due to the excellent location, the rate/night is extremely high for a motel. My CC got charged a week after our c/o without any further notice, although we have paid through booking.com. However, they refunded it quickly.
