The location was great being so close the airport. The gym on site is exceptional for a hotel gym as it was more of a commercial gym and a hotel one.

Due to the time of the year, the air-con was not on however the fan was slowly turning which meant warm air was being blown into the room. When asked the facilities came to assess but were unable to fix . Another room was offered but it was explained that the same issue could of occurred.

I don't understand why this hotel has such low score. Indeed it's an older hotel, some carpets are used, some flaws here and there, and it would need a refreshment. However, it was clean, decent food in the restaurant and nice spa. It's proximity to the airport is an advantage. I'd book it again if I should travel to Ankara again.

Ideally situated close to the airport... The staff are very pleasant and helpful, a credit to the hotel.

Expensive for a self proclaimed 5* which it clearly wasn't. 3* at a push. The hotel is outdated and in need of serious renovation.

WIFI was week and all the time cutting out. The furniture is a bit old and needs renovation, but it's good in general... The bathroom door is broken and won't close

Large rooms, comfortable hotels with many things to do. Perfectly located near the airport, 10 min 55TL taxi drive, the staff ordered the day before, no problem.

The room was a bit dated, but it was huge and comfortable :-)

The reception staff was very polite and seniz the reception staff was very professional and helpful

Nicely designed hotel (lobby, restaurant....). Good food. Large rooms. Friendly staff at the restaurant and they speak English. The hotel is much better than the ratings.
