Very clean and well kept property that I wouldn't hesitate to stay at again in the future. The area was safe and easy to walk to a metro stop nearby (Maisons-Alfort Stade) and also had nearby shops and restaurants that we visited. The staff was very friendly and attentive. You have to buzz in at the front gate but the owner was always very quick and welcoming.

These are just minor issues and wouldn't stop me from staying here again in the future. Parking is on a public street, so not always guaranteed to have a spot but we didn't have an issue finding something within short walk. Once we did find a spot we left the car there and just used the metro to get in/out of Paris (about 30 min). There was also some loud music playing nearby but it usually stopped around 10-11pm on the weekend.

The place was clean and well appointed. It's a guest house so not a hotel. But the room was really nice and had everything you need. There is a common coffee machine on the ground floor and a common fridge and microwave to use. They provide bottle water in the room and toothbrushes and toothpaste too.

There is a kettle in the room so some coffee in the room would be nice but it's not a big deal to go down and get coffee if one needs to bring some instant coffee and make it in the room. They provide tea in the room.

Very kind front desk staff. She even allowed early check in since the room was available. Perfect for a couple or with a little older kid (not an infant or teenager) and the room is super comfortable with all facilities. Air conditioning is also available. Neat toilets, showers, common dining area with refridgerator , microwave . Luggage can also be stored if needed .

I can recommend that place, because it was a very nice stay for my family (pair with one child). We have had clean room with comfortable beds. The dining area was accessible all the time, so we had a chance to stay in the evening at home (after long and busy day) and use food delivery service. We parked our car on the street near the property and used the metro throughout our stay. The metro station is really close, so that was the right choice.

We stayed in the family room loft. We arrived late and were met by Luc (forgive me if my memory has got your name wrong) and a large and thankfully very friendly dog! The room was very much beyond our expectations - spotless clean, a newly renovated feel about it all - very comfortable beds - with space to stretch and everything we needed down to toothbrushes and bottled water. A great in-room guide to the Maison Alfort neighbourhood. We tried the very good local Italian restaurant - local patisseries open at dawn. There are nearby laundromats. Yes - its a bit of a way out of town (20 stops on metro from centre of Paris) but this really is a very comfortable, quiet place at a very good price.

There was confusion over breakfast. It was advertised as being provided as an option. Yet we were not offered the choice. It seemed as if breakfast was only available if there were sufficient guests to warrant the effort?? Breakfast would have been a nice option to have.

This was a nice place to stay. We liked the updates. Very nice facilities and very clean. The people were accommodating making a cup of coffee upon request.

Please advertise so many stairs with no elevator. If not offering the breakfast just say so instead of going back and forth and advertising as so.

The place was clean and well appointed. Close to the metro. Nice place to stay if you need to be at UPEC everyday.

The room I booked should have been a larger one but this time they assigned me a smaller room.

Very comfortable and clean, cosy rooms. Rooms are fully equipped with modern maintenance and furniture. The bed linen is very soft and clean. Very warm rooms, heating works very good. Location is very quite and good because is very closed to metro. At the night birds are singing. Super stay, as at home. Highly recommend!

Super clean and comfortable. Great location in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with good local bakeries and restaurants nearby, as well as Metro/buses, plus reasonable distance from airport by taxi. The hosts have limited English but were kind and helpful.

The place was really comfortable. The room was big, the bathroom was spotless and there were a lot of amenities to make the stay comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to a subway station that will take you straight to the Eiffel tower.

The only minor low point is that you need to ring the bell to get the gate open. Not a major inconvenience because the butler is working 24/7.
