I also stayed here last year, and they renovated quite a bit. All the hotel rooms are nicer now overall, and the curtains outside are all electric, and controlled by buttons. The bathroom even had a foam dispenser, which was a nice touch. Also, the bath area was properly sealed with full doors to stop water from going everywhere (it's a small thing, but I've been in many hotels that get this completely wrong).

The light switch to the bathroom was a little bit broken: sometimes it'd flicker the lights or just turn them off. We informed reception, and they very quickly moved us to another room, which was really nice. And if I had to be really nitpicky, the bathroom fan is really loud; and in our new room, the electricity would sometimes shut off when turning off the bathroom lights (it triggered ground fault protection, thankfully the breaker is right next to the door and nicely exposed with an on-and-off switch, so it was very easy to turn it back on).

Great breakfast and very good lunches and dinners at the restaurant pizzeria inside the hotel; the restaurant is a little bit expensive, but with a very good range of dishes, and the staff is available to adapt dishes according to your preferences, very flexible and kind staff; rooms very nice, clean and comfortable; close to bus stop, to train station, and to many amenities offered by the very nice city of Trento

Sometimes the room was not very warm, a little bit warmer could have been helped, as well as some areas of the hotel, such as corridors, where you could feel the difference of temperature; the duvet of the room, in the bed, was too hot, sometimes created problems to sleep, maybe a less hot duvet could have helped, and maybe have one more in case of cold could have been beneficial (2 less hot duvets)

The room was clean and cozy, but it was too hot. Also, the hotel is extremely well located. There are many parking spaces around the hotel, for example at the street you can park for 0.50 EUR/hour, and during the night is free. The hotel also offers parking but it is very limited in spaces. Breakfast was amazing!! Best breakfast I had in any Italian hotel so far. The hotel is very well located, you can reach the city center walking only for a few minutes, and you can avoid the Limited Traffic Zone from the city center.

The room was too hot, the air conditioner did not work. We could open a window but then it was too cold. Room temperature could be improved. You can see that the carpet in the hallways is extremely dirty. I requested the parking for my car via Booking.com, but they didnt respect it - the staff told me that "they never ready the bookings for parking made in Booking.com", so you have to call in advance. I even got the acceptance via booking, but they didn't respect it anyway.

The room, which was about 10 square meters in size and very clean, had a double bed and was modern and brightly furnished. I would describe the mattress as medium-hard, and I slept well. The almost square bathroom was about 3 square meters in size, leaving 2 square meters for the hallway with wardrobe and storage. So a small apartment of 15 square meters in total. In the morning I had a view of the “Mausoleo di Cesare Battisti” on the other side of the river through a window that could be darkened well with electric shutters. Breakfast was served from 7am to 10am, the selection was relatively large and of good quality. The hotel is recommendable and in short walking distance to the train station.

The shower cabin could be a little cramped for very tall or obese people.

Nice rroom. Clean. Great breakfast with a lot of variety ( except the coffee from the automatic machines that it was not up to the standard of Italy ).no problem in bringing a big dog. 15 min easy walk from the centre. Parking outaide on the street..

Staff at the desk quite cold. Staff of the restaurant and the breakfast nice. The bathroom in our room had no bidet and no tent or glass between the toilet and the shower that were attached to each other. And the glass on the other aide did not close well. It was impossible

Position close to the center 15 minutes walk. Staff very friendly, they helped me to find a parking place. Very clean, rooms are very confortable and well fitted. It was recently restructurated. A big and nice restaurant, also with pizza. Nice terace in front of the hotel for a late drink. The breakfast is spectacular for a 3 star, everything of quality and for all tastes. A nice experience for make us to come back with pleasure.

The staff is EXTREMELY welcoming - 10/10 to the ladies behind the front desk that helped us upon checkin and answered all of our questions about the town. Seriously, I'd pay to stay there again just to get their expertise on the area.

Location - it's a bit further from the old town than you want to be, but we didn't mind the walk. I can see how this would be problematic for others not wishing for a 10-15 min walk every day just to get to the areas of town.

Perfect location if coming by car: close to the highway and parking is easy, thanks to affordable street parking in the area. City centre is just 15 minute away on foot. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The room was small and equipment very basic. Fine for a short stay. For Italians: there is no bidet.

Room and bathroom good size and hotel is clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner varied and very nice.

Hotel is large, was very busy and sometimes rather noisy. Although there is parking it costs 10 euros per day and we could hardly move for the amount of bicycles in the garage

The room was oke, the breakfast was alright.

The air conditioning was very loud and the hotel had very little soundproofing.
