The room was excellent, modern and very nicely designed. The location close to the Nara park is superb, and it is only 5-10 minutes walk from Kintetsu Nara station where plenty of restaurants can be found.

The hotel is an unstaffed facility. Clear instructions were provided for all equipment, so we experienced no problems. It is not possible to store luggage before check in or after check out. This information is not provided before booking. Actually, there is the option of using the lockers at the nearby Nara Kintetsu station, but this is not mentioned in the mail from the hotel.

-The location of the hotel was really good, close to the main attractions and restaurant. -Easy access from the Nara Kintetsu station. -The room was really clean and modern. -Nice Drip coffee available in the room

-This room can accommodate up to 4 people but there is only one single stool to sit, no other seating possibilities aside on the beds or on the floor, for me this is not ideal. -The beds were not very comfortable but the pillows and duvet were fine. -There was construction works right next door which was quite annoying, especially when you try to rest after a long day walking around, very noisy. The hotel should have mentioned it.

The hotel is situated in a quiet street with 4 parking spaces ( first come first served). The room was huge and beautifully fitted and decorated. Beds were super comfortable too and the bathroom huge. Lovely,spacious and well thought of details.

The location is perfect: near the park entrance. But BEWARE: the hotel is next to a huge demolition site - we arrived at 3 pm for check in and the noise from the bull dozers breaking up concrete walls was deafening. I wanted to have a sleep but no way. Fortunately the next days were Saturday and Sunday,and it was a super quiet district. This important information should be in the hotel description.. I suppose they stop around 5 30 pm too... I hate a non manned hotel. It's for cutting cost but you feel nervous with keypad entrance and codes. Totally deshumanized.

This was a self check-in hotel with toiletries in the foyer rather than in the room (which is not unusual for hotels in Japan). There was parking directly out the front, included at no additional fee. The room was quite spacious by Japan standards, very clean and modern. Their checkout policy is extremely strict with additional charges if you’re not out by the allocated time, even by just some minutes.

The only grumble I had was that there were no blackout window treatments which had me up at the crack of dawn.

The location is great walking distance for Nara’s most popular attractions while the neighborhood is quiet. We like it comes with free parking. The room is spacious for international travelers with large suitcases and we really enjoyed the Japanese home type of shower room, which provides the function of accelerating drying clothes.

No lift in the building but not too bad when compared with other advantages this hotel provides.

Amazing installation. Hotel is very confortable, clean, and new. What I liked the most was the hotel was in the Japanese style and well located.

One thing that could have helped would be the possibility of leaving the luggages in the reception or common area. I suggest the owner make available some lockers or chains in order to have the possibility to leave the luggages there for some time.

receiving instructions remotely was a bit of a hassle. the owner clearly doesn't answer the phone number listed on the front door, so you need to download the line app in order to communicate with them. (i am a whatsapp/signal user.) service was spotty, so it took about 10 minutes to download. once we got the info, everything was straight forward and easy to use.

Loved the location - so close to the park! The self check-in was good. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. There was a little fridge and some basic dishes too (even though cooking was not allowed). It was nice to have a sofa to relax after walking around Nara all day. The shower and bath was really good too.

The room is extremely bright in the morning, as there are no real blinds.

A surprising structure, a brand-new small building in an otherwise residential part of Nara. The hotel is unmanned but instructions for check in and out were clear, and contacts are clearly displayed in case of need. The room was spotless, relatively large and quite practical. It sits in a good position, an easy walk to Nara park and its amazing attractions, and not 15 minutes from Naramachi area and its dozens of dining options. In general I highly recommend spending the night in Nara even for a short visit, to enjoy it after the day crowds have left.

The area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel itself doesn't offer much in terms of food or even convenience stores.

Very spacious room for Japanese standards. The microwave and cutlery provided was a nice touch and made the stay pleasant. Also enjoyed the bath inside the room. Also nice to open the window in the hotel for fresh air.

Not having a place to leave luggage in check in and check out right at the hotel. Had to walk 15 mins to leave it at the office.
