A good-sized room, clean and comfy. A lovely insight into how a Japanese home may look. Everything you need is provided. A clean, quiet, safe neighborhood near the Women's University and an easy walk to the main attractions of the Great Park. Covered balcony for drying clothes.

The address listed on Booking.com is for MR1. I was in MR2, which faces the other street. It would have been good to understand this and have the MR2 address in the first instance. (Could have been the error of a tired traveller.)

Great location. The apartment had everything we needed - a kitchenette, washing machine, even some books to read. Parking was free at a nearby parking lot as advertised. We would come back again, especially if staying for longer periods on budget, having a base like this seems perfect.

It should be clear that in such a good location for this price you’re not getting a luxury apartment. The apartment had a funny mold smell like many other ground floor places in the country. The fact of having two different entrances from different sides of the building was confusing at first (make sure you’re at the right one - MR1 or MR2).

Location is excellent - close to the railway and also to Nara Park, which is the main reason for visiting the area. And the room is spacious - a sofa! - room to spread out after so many small rooms. Access was very simple due to the key box and the room was very clean and tidy. A quiet neighbourhood. Best eating is in the long mall adjacent to the railway station - lots of choice.

The top sheet on the bed barely covered the surface of the mattress - far too small. The laminated information sheet was useful but the instructions for the air conditioner need to match the actual remote unit in the room - they didn’t, which made its use problematic. Similar for the TV - the second remote is usually for accessing pay TV but without clear instructions….

Cool little apartment. Very clean and tidy, large size area and had all amenities that we needed + + . Self check in was easy to do. 2 Cup noodles left kindly. Easy to find. Felt like a good little reasonably priced place. :)

No complimentary tea or coffee so needed to find a 7-11 close by, 5 min walk away. A little walk away from station, maybe 20 mins and same from Nara park, but I knew that when I booked it.

The room itself was fantastic. More than big enough for me and my partner, with a standard private bathroom, and a nice kitchen we could use. There was complimentary tea and coffee, as well as towels, etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The wifi was good and I was able to join a work meeting without any issues.

You can hear everything that happens in the building. I could hear another guest snore every night and other bodily sounds that were way less pleasant, keeping me awake and making me nauseous at times. This is the only reason I'm not sure I'll ever book again, and it's quite sad because the property itself is otherwise really good.

Very nice appartment, clean, good size, great mattress, fully equipped kitchen, nice style, you can see that the owner is an architect. Attention to small details. Free parking close by. Very close to all Nara attractions. Would stay again.

Really great location, within walking distance of Nara park, and lots of shops and restaurants. Parking was very convenient. Room had all amenities, plus bonus cup noodles.

You can hear everything in the room, even footsteps of people walking outside. Also, strong smell of sewers in the street.

It’s wonderful having a studio apartment at your disposition. Although a bit pricier than my usual hostels, it allows me to make my own food. It’s very clean and comfortable. I was able to participate on work Zoom calls on the wifi.

The walls are a bit thin so if the other guests are noisy, you hear everything.

Spotlessly clean with everything provided and a wonderful location.

The guests upstairs were a little noisy and there is not much soundproofing. But the area is very peaceful.

Very good location within walking distance to the Nara Park and the Temple. The apartment is quiet and roomy. We stood only one night and it was OK for the three of us. The mattress is very soft, we would have liked it a bit harder. Very practical was the allocated parking space. All in all we recommend this place.
