The location is very central, the city attractions can be easily reached by walking or with public transport, we got a room with a great view of the park and mountains. We had an issue in the room with the conditioning air equipment but the staff were very friendly and very helpful - changed our room. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere, good guidance for car parking in a neighboring public parking area we got a good discount for the related fee.

I had the best stay ever and would definitely return on my next trip to Grenoble! The hotel is very centrally located with all the attractions within walking distance. The sound proofing was in my hotel room was amazing too, and the air conditioning was a life saver during the heatwave. The staff, especially Soon, are so warm hearted and kind, making my trip to Grenoble so much more memorable. They were incredibly helpful with arranging taxis (as I don't speak much French) and helping me with directions, so massive thanks to everyone for their help! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel offered an excellent room rate - so we picked it as it looked like a good deal. It was an easy walk from the SNCF station. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful on our arrival. Our room had a beautiful view over the park. The bathrooms were recently renovated. The room was clean and quiet. Great breakfast and helpful staff on duty in the morning also.

Okay parts of the hotel could do with an update, room furniture is dated. The room was clean though and the view made up for any lack of modernization for the price - excellent value.

I was told i needed to close my window and couldnt have it open, i wasnt allowed the choice between air conditioning and fresh air through the window. as i was working from my room i liked the fact that i could open the window and see the world below me.

The beds have plastic mattress protection and this made sleeping very hot in deed .. just getting a hot cup of tea suitable for English taste was impossible and the latte was undrinkable and it took forever We had asked if possible could we have a room with a view which we got but were unaware of the supplement when I asked this question

The location was perfect, great view of the plaza from our balcony and steps away from the tram which was very important to us.

The room and bathroom had a mild odor. It is an old building with old carpets and old bathrooms, so it could be from age. Otherwise the amenities were good, the hotel just needs a little updating starting with carpets.

The hotel has central location in walking distance as to railway station as main places of interest. The room was calm and had all basic amentities. The staff was helpful and provided all available information. The hotel in old-fashion stile. AC had no individual regulation but worked good.

No minibar, no kettler. But there are many cafes and shops near the hotel.

We had a family room at the top of the hotel so had lovely view of the mountains and town. The room was alright but slightly tired looking but had ac and was comfortable. Was in a good area to get around the town easily with plenty of restaurants around. The parking is a couple of streets away but do you get special rates through the hotel so works out ok, we had pushbikes which we were able to store in their shed area around the back of the hotel. Location of the property is great. Quite centrally situated in the town. Window rooms towards the front of the property has great mountain views.

Amenities and decor of the room is quite old. I stayed during the summer days for a week and air conditioning was not the best. Bed mattresses are not very comfy but okay.

First of all I would like to say, that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. There is a parking a few minutes walk from the hotel. Also pets are allowed. If you want you can choose different types of breakfast.

Our rooms were in the fifth floor and the lift goes just till fourth. And also there were doors in the staircase which made the pass very uncomfortable.
