It was our first time at the Staybridge, we were greeted by guest services and they seemed happy to help us. Breakfast was great, the taste, presentation and friendly hosts were great! We enjoyed the pool, coffee and were there during the evening service, we don't drink however was a really great experience. Room was clean.

One suggestion I would tell the owner, maybe update the carpet to something else or need to do some major shampooing, this is nothing against the wonderful staff, it is just a "wear and tear" needing some attention, such as Hallways and room didn't have a pleasing odor.

-My room was so nice! It looked very luxurious. -The breakfast was delicious! The breakfast staff was friendly! -I love how there were built-in Dove products by the sink and in the shower. -I was able to check in when I arrived around 3:15-3:30.

-Incorporate "tap" as a form of payment. -Someone needs to monitor the dining area during breakfast to clean tables in between guests. -Slow elevator -I was randomly on the elevator or passed by several housekeepers during my stay. Only one of them (Asian background) greeted me during my entire stay.

The staff and breakfast was amazing! They even have a social event during the week,but I forgot about it, but complimentary drinks! The dog area was very spacious and enclosed too. My dog was able to walk around a good bit after such a long drive there.

Only issue I could find is there aren't many hooks to hang towels or even wet clothes on. Being near the beach and having a pool,I found we needed space to hang dry, but I ended up just washing the clothes since there was also complimentary washing services too, so not even that much of an inconvenience.

Wry nice accommodations. Loved the convenience to everything. Staff was super friendly and service was top notch. I like the way they refreshed towels, took out the trash and made the bed every day. Super service

Only ate breakfast once. It wasn’t that good. Ok assortment of food but eggs and sausage wasn’t hot. Had trouble with the tv in the living room. They were quick to fix it when we called but it happened 3 times. I would give it a 10 if it wasn’t for those 2 things.

The breakfast was good. They tried hard to add a bit of variety in their choices so that it wasn't the same thing every day. The rooms and facilities were kept very clean.

The hotel had a laundry room that was included in our room fee. However, the dryers weren't working. Apparently the ducts needed to be cleaned to get better air flow to the dryers so that they could heat properly. In talking to other guests who had been there for awhile, they said that they mentioned it to the manager, but nothing got done. I hope they attend to this issue, not only to get the dryers working properly, but also to avoid a serious risk of a fire hazard.

The lack of housekeeping. There were displays in the bathroom is saying that if you’re there for more than a week that they have scheduled a time in a day for housekeeping to come in and do a full clean of your room and when I asked the front desk about what day we were scheduled for, looked at me like I was crazy. Housekeeping didn’t come into our room one time while we were there. we did have a lady stop by once and give us some fresh towels and take our trash

The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable with generously sized rooms and a very welcoming dining/lounging social area behind the main lobby. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Pets are welcome and the facilities are kept quite clean and quiet despite the fact that pets are there. The rooms have small kitchens and the hotel is close to grocery stores and restaurants so you can cook or bring take out/delivery in.

I have no suggestions for improvements at all. The hotel is not on the beach, but is a 5-10 minute drive away and is far enough away from the mass of tourists to be peaceful and quiet. There is nothing to criticize here.

My husband and I met our daughter and her 2 adult kids and son in law. We all wanted to stay together not just adjoining rooms, this was a spacious 2 bedroom hotel room with a nice size refrigerator. The couch in the living room folded out into a bed, each room had its own thermostat. We were all comfortable & slept well. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. It was in a great location. We may meet there again and I would recommend this hotel

Breakfast was food. All fruit was fresh and there were a variety of choices!

$25 incidental charge when I checked in to cover anything broken or missing from room. I reported that my remote to the tv was broken but was that way when I went into the room. I’m sure I won’t get my $25 back to my card even though I left the room in pristine condition when I checked out!
