Breakfast was good. Hotel location was great to get to family home and Church, etc.

We were not off to a good start, were not greeted by front desk in an acceptable decent manner and we started to leave and go to another hotel. I said hello and she didn't even acknowledge it, just asked me for my ID and CC. I asked how was her Thanksgiving and she very nasty said, she didn't celebrate Thanksgiving. As she gave me back my cards and gave me my 🔑 and smiled slightly and went on to help the other 2 family members. We only stayed because we had booked with a 3rd party. When my family member asked a question she responded in a normal manner that she should have. Upon leaving the next morning, the reception from 2 other staff reception persons was wonderful.

We absolutely loved the young lady, Kristiona, that checked us in and worked the front desk. We had several requests over the weekend and she was so helpful and always went the extra mile. Always smiling, always so positive. I make my career as a trainer in sales and marketing and customer service. I have used her as an example of going the extra 10% which takes you from ordinary to extraordinary! She's a keeper! Also, there was another young lady, don't know her name but she worked the morning of June 24th, who was also excellent. We were in town for our son's lacrosse tournament and forgot an extra chair. We asked if you had an extra foldable chair anywhere and she offered to go to her car and get her mother-in-laws and let us use that! We returned it before we left but could not believe what a nice gesture that was on her part. Congratulations on employing such amazing people. The front desk is your face and people will remember their experience with them!! See you next year!

The property, rooms and common areas were all very attractive, clean and upscale. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast had a variety of good items. We enjoyed using the workout room and swimming pool, which was very clean and nice temperature. What was exceptional was the desk staff. I accidentally left my purse in the breakfast area. Since there are cameras everywhere, the employee at the front desk saw my purse and immediately retrieved it. Since I had several valuables, and irreplaceable items in it, I was more than relieved, and very appreciative of their honesty and surveillance system. On top of my first error, I made another one. I left an item in the room when we checked out, but Dawn, the front desk employee called me and offered to mail it to me. What outstanding customer service!!! We will certainly come back here when traveling back and forth to Florida.

LOCATION GREAT, BUT WHAT I DON'T APPRECIATE HAVING A STAFF ON MY BACK WATCHING ME PICKING UP THE BREAKFAST FOR MY TWO HANDICAP AND HUSBAND,THE COMMENT, ''THE FOOD IS FOR EVERYBODY,'' I JUST WAS SERVING FOR FOUR PERSON.

TRYING TO HAVE MORE RESPECT, FOR THE REST OF THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE.

Proximity to destinations and area. Front desk attendants at check and check out were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for a late checkout and they explained the process and I was able to be accommodated. Excellent customer service.

The Wingate has clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. The bathroom is well equipped with plenty of big and fluffy towels. This was perfect for what we needed at college move in weekend. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

the staff was so nice and accommodating we had to make a reservation last minute after having an issue at another property. check in wasn’t until 4 but they we so nice and had our room ready for check in before noon at no extra cost. checking in and out was a breeze. the room was clean and comfortable. nothing but good things to say.

It was good for the price of the room. Everything I had was hot and pretty good.

The pool closes during a certain period, we were not aware of this until after arrival and check-in.

The hotel is close and convenient to I-20. It was clean and well-organized. I enjoyed the breakfast and was happy that decaf coffee was available.

Several LED parking lot lights were blinking and need repair. The king-size bed's mattress sagged on the side closest to the bathroom.
