super comfy bed and sofa! very nice bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries, love the mounted TV with the swivel so you can watch anywhere in the room. love the fire pit/alleyway area outside the lobby as well. staff was friendly and made check-in/check-out a breeze!

parking is $15 a night... yikes. also not in an attached garage, little bit of a walk to the hotel if you don't get a close/first floor spot. no free breakfast either which is always a bummer when you're paying $100+ a night for a room. those are my only complaints though!

The property was nice and clean and the rooms were really big and it’s very clean and the beds were very comfortable., the only thing is the pool is not heated and it gets very cold.

The indoor pool was very cold and it got my kids sick. Also the breakfast buffet was understaffed, and there were a lot of guests so the staff could not attend to all the needs of the guest. But the staff had a very good attitude about everything and they handled it as best as they could.

I particularly liked the staff here! They were friendly, helpful, and patient. I would especially like to shout out the two women who checked me in and out, and the gentleman who helped remove a mistaken charge from my card. They were thorough, patient, diligent, and accurate. The staff was really outstanding!

I didn’t eat breakfast. I didn’t know there was breakfast if there was.

The evening staff member that checked me in was a little difficult to talk with while I was checking in. It was very late for me after getting up before 5 am, working all day and then driving for over 3.5 hours.

The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in.

The only downside was the parking situation. It was a garage access located where I had to walk to get there and until I registered I was not made aware of the parking add add on fee per night.

Location was great, and staff was very helpful, professional and personable.

Paying $15.00 a day for parking. In my room 409, some of the wallpaper was peeling off and the was quite a bit of black mold in the shower. Very low sink water pressure and it took a long time for water to get hot.

Beautiful place right in the heart of downtown! We were able to walk to a bar (didn’t need to worry about paying for an uber)

The parking is a little inconvenient with its location.

It was absolutely fabulous. Very clean spacious room. The Bistro was excellent and the service was very top tier.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't love about the hotel.

How clean the rooms was and how I didn't have to ask for towels or other stuff

One thing you can't take outside food from another establishment that isn't serve by the hotel cooking area to the roof top to eat and enjoy the view.

Everything was modern, up to date, clean, & in the middle of many enjoyable things.

A little bit pricey, and the money that I was told would be returned to my card, was not returned.
