The staff was super helpful and friendly, the receptionist provided us with bus timetables and gave us different ideas for activities which made our stay feel special and personal. The breakfast was gorgeous too, there was a wide selection to choose from, like Irish breakfast, cereals, different types of bread, cold cuts and fresh fruit. And something for the sweet tooth too of course! We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, from which you have a lovely view on the sea and the landscape. The pool and jacuzzi is on the rooftop as well, alongside a bar that is open at night. Our room had everything we needed, like a safe, a coffee machine and a tv. The bed was very comfortable too. The location is superb as well, you're right in front of the beach but it's still close to the bus stops for the airport etc.

I actually expected the pool to be a little bit bigger, but it was lovely nontheless.

Tania is the best and most humble person ever. From my checking to checkout, i got really good help from Tania in the reception, she catered to all my needs from booking taxis, arranging showers after the sea even after i have already checked out. Providing towels etc. She is amazing. The hotel is superb as well including location. Just next to the beach and the rooms are nice and cosy overlooking the beach. Very easy to go from the airport. One bus and it stops just 5 mins away. Very handy location in cala millor. Loved the rooftop sunbeds overlooking the beach. Its unreal. Only one complaint, dinner in the hotel was not that great. Rice in the Paella was not cooked properly. Long waiting time to replace finished dishes. But it's only a minor mishap I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of April and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent - right next to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was good, and the highlight was definitely the Skybar on the roof, perfect for an evening drink with a view. The hotel also offers a gym and sauna, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The only downsides were the nearby construction site, which was quite noisy from 7 AM to 6 PM, and the limited parking in the city - finding a free space took some time.

By far the best hotel (and nicest restaurant) in Cala Millor. The room was clean, spacious and affordable. The hotel was quiet (adults only) which was lovely and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, always fresh and warm with lots of choice. We also paid to have dinner at the restaurant a few of the nights which was also some of the best food we had on our trip. The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop area with very comfy large sun loungers, plunge pool and jacuzzi. This area also turned into a cool bar at night serving fantastic cocktails! If I was visiting this area again I would definitely return to this hotel.

This is not the fault of the hotel at all, but I think it’s worth mentioning that we didn’t like the area Cala Millor as is was so so busy (July) and we were unable to get a bed on the beach anywhere near the hotel. It would make the hotel better if there were some beach beds reserved for hotel guests. But it was first come first served and the Germans had their towels down on every single beach bed by 8am every morning. Luckily the rooftop of the hotel was quiet and always has sun loungers available.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially the manager Tania. Location is on the first (sea) line. Beautiful view from the bar on the top. Comfy bed and pillows.

Unfortunately I booked a room with an internal view and it was not possible to change it during my stay even for an extra payment. It was a smell of the food every night in the room. Also I could not open the curtain since everything was visible from outside. The team offered me a dinner one time as an excuse.

As close to the beach as a hotel can be in Mallorca, and the beach was gorgeous - white sands and clearest water! The glass balconies were a huge plus, with ocean view. Food was plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Tap Water was not provided at dinner with half-board. The sister hotel with a pool had loud festivities a couple of nights, and we couldn’t sleep until it ended. We were super jet lagged, so that was frustrating but not a deal breaker. The beach was super crowded on nice days, as to be expected. As others mentioned, the room was small - we only had carryon’s but not sure where a suitcase could be stored.

The single room was advertised with a patio but I didn’t get one. Would be good to have a kettle in the room as not everyone likes coffee. Building works going on next door from 7am in the morning so not great if you want a lay in!! Would be helpful to know when you check in that you can use the sister hotel pool. I only knew this from a previous review!

Just in front of the beach ! Very clean and modern hotel. Great air conditioning. The rooftop is beautiful and its view was incredible. The staff was extremely nice and always very helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The ocean view room was beautiful. However, i was a little disappointed they put me on the second floor. The view was blocked a little by trees. Therefore, not like depicted in the images online.

The location was good, the fact that the hotel has the beach in front is a plus. Buffet breakfast offers a big variety of options and everything we tried was nice and good quality. In one of the weekend nights they had a DJ playing in the terrace and it was a nice unexpected surprise.

We were driving so it was a shame they don't have parking. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have some coffee/tea supplies in the room as a nice treat.

I think the dinner was not meet the 4 star hotels quality. In the bathroom you should prepare more toiletries (cleaning pads, comb, mini conditioner) to provide the 4 star level.
