The place is excellent for a vacation in Ksamil. Everything was great. The owner and his family are super nice, they will help you with everything you need. It is very clean, close to the beaches, you don't need a car (10 minutes to Ksamilit beach, Bora Bora, 20-25 minutes to Lori beach with small children). There are several restaurants and market stores in the area. I surely recommend this place!

There are no free beaches in the area, you will have to rent sunbeds and umbrella.

We are charmed by Bani and his family) Thanks a lot for your hospitality and amazing atmosphere during our stay! Everything was perfect, great location and I want to mention Bani’s cooking talent. He made a supper for us, I cannot describe and find a proper words how damn good it was. We’ve tried seafood and fish in many countries, continents but here was our tastiest experience ever. Bani, I don’t know what to say, still remember the fish, blue crabs and several types of mussels, everything super fresh, from the salt lake near ksamil…want to come back and eat again))) You have to open a restaurant!

Location is very near to beach but faraway from city noise (quiet for sleeping). Very clean place with exceptional nice hosts. Free parking is also available.

My parents were staying there and they were very satisfied, particularly with hospitality.
