The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an additional request for our baby, and they really made sure they could help us. Also, the room is very clean and large, the beds were comfortable and the shower was also nice. And the breakfast is good! Not too extensive, but very decent.

One of the rooms was very warm - the window was open the entire night, heating shut down completely, but still warm by morning. The other (single) room had perfect temperature, but was locate directly next to what was something like a central heating unit. Whenever this would turn on, it made noise which was audible in the room.

We aim to stay there every time on our annual skiing trips to the alps. As I've said on previous reviews, it's our hotel of choice in Karlsruhe. Conveniently located just off the B10, 400 miles (640Km) from Calais. Warm, spacious rooms, an extensive buffet breakfast and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Private parking directly off the access road. Should you arrive when reception is closed ( I think I'm right in saying that they shut at 4pm on weekends) a code is emailed to you so that you can gain access to the hotel and your allocated room.

The hotel was great! Nothing bad to report. Except for maybe a curtain in the bath room would be nice. We did not find the food in the restaurant that tasty. It's maybe a German thing (?), but we missed some vegetables with the schnitzel and another option than French fries on the menu.

Bedroom was nice and big, able to fit the whole family 2 adults toddler and baby. Breakfast in the morning was great. Ample parking on premises. Staff were helpful and friendly. The stay was ideal for a one night stop over on our journey.

The room seemed a bit outdated and mismatched, all the furniture was new but the walls needed some attention as they tended to move when lent on as they weren't solid walls. I also was a bit dissapointed as the pictures online did not meet expectations, there were pictures of a park for kids to play on on the premises but once we were there I couldn't see a park. In fact the park we did see was about 100m+ away.

Excellently located, just off the B10, in a quiet location.The staff were very pleasant and spoke very good english which made my not so good german redundant. The room was spacious and well heated. The restaurant, which opened at 5pm had an varied menu, which catered well for vegetarians (which I am) and vegans. The meals were well presented and of very good quality. The same could be said for the extensive buffet breakfast. N.B. At weekends reception closes at 4pm but you are contacted with access information.

Absolutely nothing.

Very easy to find. Parking área. Close to supermarkets and was also in the area an very nice Greek restaurant. We were travelling from Croatia back to the Netherlands with 2 small kids and the hotel was a great find to rest after a long day drive. Breakfast included. That was also very good! The receptionist was very clear with all the informations and a very kind person.

Excellent breakfast. Good location just off B10. Usually try and stay here when travelling to the Alps on our annual skiing trips. There was good communication with the hotel with regard access when reception is not manned. Our hotel of choice in Karlsruhe

I remember on previous stays the vegetarian options in the restaurant were a little more inventive.

The service was good, room clean and bed very comfortable. Location is also great if you are travelling as it's easily accessible from the highway. I also stayed with my two cats, which can be stressful, but our stay was actually very comfortable due to the great reception. The room was close to the parking lot, so it was easy to get cats in and out of the hotel without them getting fussy.

It was unusually warm for the time of year, so that's probably why the heating was on a higher setting, but it meant that the room was quite warm inside. This is easily solved by opening the windows a little.

The room had new furniture and bathroom had been completely renovated.. Onside food and drink great via the attached bar and outside beer garden. Excellent location for onward travel. Will use again.

The weather,I was looking forward to sitting in the beer garden but had a thunderstorm.Obviously not their fault. So nothing to dislike.

It was a really nice night. The studio was super clean and smoke free. The room was spacious and well organized. The bed was comfortable. The people from the hotel were friendly. The breakfast was nice and tasty. I recommend this hotel. It was very handy for us to stop and rest for the night. The location was optimal for us.

It was close to the railway. We would hear a cargo train every once in a while, but when the window is closed, we barely heard the noise.
