I loved the friendliness of the staff. They are always so nice and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety to choose from.

I didn't like that the bed had some debris in it when I got in for the first time. The tub was clean but it had some stray hairs in it. Nothing was majorly wrong but those few things.

The ladies in the kitchen was the most amazing women. Their hospitality was unbelievable!! The breakfast was hot and you never had to wait on anything!! Everything was full. The housekeeping service was amazing also!!! Very polite people!! When I go back I will be stay at the Hampton Inn again!! I will give them a 10 STAR rating

We travel to Houston from MO alot. Hampton is our go to safe dependable place to rest. Shalyn. And Kendra were quick to address any issues I had. Will stay again. Always comfy bed.

Our bathroom floor was just nasty. I reported it and the manager was a doll. Went above and beyond. To fix issue. Thank you Kendra.

AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET IN THE FRIDGE WITHOUT GETTING OUT OF THE CHAIR. THE DOOR ON THE CABINET OPEND INN ONE DIRECTIOON AND THE DOOR ON THE FRIDGE OPENED IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THE FRIDGE COULD BE MOVED OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE.

The room is just as the picture showed. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The parking lot was well lit. It was close to the interstate. It was just off the exit but far enough that we could not hear any traffic. There was a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel and You got a 19% off coupon.

The sweetest gal at the front desk, she was so genuinely friendly. She gave us a room on first floor husband has RA very accommodating.

My only complaint is you could hear every person outside in the hall but I feel like that's my fault for getting the room next to the lobby.

I loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness, and the fact that they offered breakfast with good hours.

The staff that I had interaction with were amazing. They were very helpful and polite. The location is perfect because you aren't too far from other businesses like gas stations, restaurants, and etc. The pool was open and they do offer a nice breakfast spread from 7 til 11. My only dislikes were the bedding and that the ice machine on my floor was out of order. The blankets were too rough for my liking, and the pillows were horrible. There was also a hidden fee that we were not aware of upon booking that's supposed to be refunded in a few days. Everything was clean and tidy though.
