It was clean, comfortable, I felt safe as a female so traveller. The bed was comfortable. For anyone simply needing somewhere to stay this is ideal. The cooked breakfast was delicious. I would definitely return again as it represents good value for money.

This is purely my preference but I struggled to get in/out of the bath to have a shower. That is because of my mobility issues. For the same reasons the ground outside the front of the hotel was uneven, making it harder to negotiate when using walking aids [in my case walking poles]. The only other issue was there was no hot water in the bathroom sink.

Really enjoyed my stay at the 247 Hotel rooms were really clean comfortable beds plenty of tea coffee & sugar also soap shower gel & shampoo free, actually had hot water for a bath & shower not like other Hotels Food was great evening & breakfast meals the staff were very friendly & helpful. I will certainly stay there again Next time I am in Manchester & give it a 100% 10 out of 10 & say thanks to all the staff .

TV was a bit hit & miss not a major deal breaker, not the Hotels fault but the weather was lousy but besides that not a lot more I didn't like.

Bed was allright and very big :-) , although squaking a bit, our friends had different beds! But nevertheless slept very well. Room was good, considering the price, staff very friendly! Location is good, bus to town centre just in front! Great view from our room! We'll be back :-)

Not a lot of plugs, something to reckon with in the future! One close to the bed would be easier! Our toilet was very close to the wall, which was a little annoying.

Extremely good value Breakfasts. My wife left her electronic Tablet on the bed when we checked out. The cleaner handed it in and the hotel contacted us the smae day, which meant we could pick it up while still in the area. Safe and secure parking.

The bed was very soft. I don't like soft beds , but obviously that is a personal preference.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely to be able to get food and drink without having to go out again. Rooms were a good size and had everything we needed. Free WiFi and enough codes for all of us

Found it a little bit cool in the cafe area whilst eating. The breakfast in the morning was nice but a little bit tepid. Staff were lovely though and very busy trying to get everything out quickly. Possibly could have done with our cups for drinks and bread to toast first so we could have got on with that while our breakfast was coming

I loved my room . The room was quite big and I like the bath which is something you don’t get in hotels these days.

The noise from the main road. The continuous traffic all through the night and police sirens up and down.

Quality stay, as always. Staff are really friendly, the rooms are a really good size and its great value for money, I always look forward to a stay here All the best for the new year guys

Great location, simple and clean room, this is all one needs when travelling for work in the area. Thankfully, the bar was open late night when I arrived.

It was a struggle to get a VAT receipt from the staff, 3 members were not able to help, until the morning staff on the last day could manage the situation.

My room was clean, the desk staff were very helpful, friendly and easy to talk too. The location is ideal for my needs. I like staying here and will definitely be staying here again.

The noise in the corridor, kids screaming and people shouting. It's a hotel, I'd expect some level of respect from other patrons and keep the noise down.

Well located, always friendly staff, clean room, clean shower, clean toilet, big and very comfortable bed, "warm and cosy".

There is always a problem with the water pressure in the shower - on the 4th floor at least - a bit low.
