I was visiting family in the area. The property is located on a quiet, smart, residential street. There is on site parking for 3 cars but if this is full then there is parking opposite at the garage and parking permits in the welcome pack for street parking. The room was clean and very well equipped. I was impressed with the size of the fridge and the complementary Nespresso machine with ample pods and other offerings. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Inclusive access to Netflix was a bonus. The property is well located for easy access to transport links, shops, restaurants and cafes. Overall I was delighted with my stay, would definitely recommend and I will be returning for further family visits.

The bed was slightly soft for my liking, particularly around the edges but I am being really picky here and this is very much personal preference.

This was perfect for our one night stay combining a game at Old Trafford and visit to Manchester. Altrincham is a fabulous place to stay, check out the indoor market for fabulous food and drinks and there is no shortage of very nice restaurants, bars and pubs, with independents holding their own against the big chains. The accommodation and communication were superb, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and they were keen to ensure we had everything we needed and couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. 100% recommend

Everything was great

Everything is such good quality, beautiful colours, quiet, windows that open for fresh air, excellent supply of toiletries in bathroom. Excellent supply of elements for room refreshments with chilled milk, chilled water, oat milk and espresso machine. Fantastic kitchen for self catered breakfast. Think you could even cook there and certainly sit and eat a takeaway. Love that feature. No need for a pizza in the bedroom. And help is so swiftly on hand to assist to let me back in remotely when keys left in room.

Though we booked a room of 13m2, the room size was good enough for our two big luggages. The onsite parking was also convenient. When we arrived the three space of the onsite parking was full. But the host was very helpful to sort out a parking space for us. There was a kitchen on the 2nd floor which was well equipped. All and all it was above our expectations. It was very clean, cozy and modern. The location was not far from the station and town centre. It’s about 10 mins walk. Tesco extra and Sainsbury’s were nearby. We highly recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍

The property has great interior design and is really lovely. It is walking distance to Altrincham town centre, the bed was comfy, it was really clean, they provide a great kitchen to sort breakfast and you cannot hear the other residents in their rooms. The communication from the team was great too.

The only minor thing was our room didn’t have much space for our luggage and there was no wardrobe (just hangars on a coat rack) or cupboards to put clothes in but that’s a small price to pay for staying in such a lovely clean house.

Checking in was very simple as the property was accessed with a key located in a lock box by the front door. I checked in late which was no issue.

The room was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the owner left out complimentary tea/coffee, waters, and biscuits, very nice touch. The shared kitchen was also very clean and accessible. I needed a charger for a laptop for work which I forgot at home, within 10 mins of contacting the owner for a laptop charger, I had one in the room.

Everything!! Perfect location for Tatton park flower show. A short walk from accomodation to a fabulous Italian restaurant! Checking in with a key lock box with ease. Off-road parking was available. The room was perfect and immaculate. Attention to detail was 10/10. Everything we required and more. A really hot day but a fabulous freestanding fan was in the room and we had a really comfortable sleep in a lovely bed! We were two females travelling together who ideally wanted twin beds which were not available BUT the bed was made up for us with two single duvets which was the perfect alternative. The shower room was divine. Thank you for the best experience!!

Absolutely nothing!

Location was great. The area was quiet and only a short walk into the town centre. The room was lovely and clean. Having access to Netflix was great for evening TV. Access to the property was easy and the information sent prior to arrival regarding entry to the property was clear. The drinks and toiletries provided were a lovely touch too.

We were unsure where to park due to the layout of the car park. Luckily there was a space on the road so we used that instead. The room rate was quite expensive; however, it appears that most places near trams are expensive when there is a football match on.

Initially booked for a couple but ended up coming with a friend, perfect for what we needed it for (watching ice hockey) and would have also been lovely for a couple. Right near where we needed to go, and a short taxi ride from the local bars 👌Great communication from host throughout and nice little touches around the building. Very comfortable bed, room lovely and clean. The shared kitchen on the upper floor was great, we didn't use the facilities in there but it is very handy if you plan on cooking or doing some washing! I'll definitely book again if I am in the area and will highly recommend 😊

Mini fridge with free bottled water, chocolates in the entrance way, free use of umbrellas (great for us as there was a torrential downpour when we were heading out to dinner), super comfy beds, great light up bathroom mirror

Only small criticism would be that the power sockets are too far from the mirror for the provided hairdryer to reach, so I couldn't do my hair in the mirror... Everything else was fantastic!
