The hotel is just outside T2, very easy to find. The check in took about 5 minutes, the man who checked us in was very kind and polite even though it was midnight, we (me and my teenage son) were kindly given a voucher for free breakfast the following morning which was appreciated. The room (twin) was a bit small but was spotless and had a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the TV had chromecast and there was a kettle and tea/coffee provided in the room. The rooms are also soundproof and have blackout blinds.

On leaving the hotel it was difficult to find way back to the airport, there are numerous paths leading to deadends around the hotel. We eventually had to climb over a metal wall to get to the roundabout to be able to get back to the airport in order to go to the train station, it was dangerous and difficult since we had 23kg cases with us. I think proper signs are needed.

It was advtised as a budget hotel in Manchester Airport and that's what I got..can't complain about it. I do love the youth hostel style of these budget ibis. Which they had existed years ago. Lovely staff

Directions to the Hotel were a little vague but I think that's down to Manchester Airport. No food options. Although was recommended to eat next door. Gareteed table.

Fantastic location if you want to stay at the airport. Walkable from all terminals by covered overpass, also to train station. Modern, clean rooms, compact but with all you need. Kind friendly staff. Lots of games for young and old, even table tennis in the lobby. Have to mention the wonderful supplied shower gel, Italian made and with a beautiful aroma! 😀

Cannot think of negatives.

The night porter joel was a delight! Very friendly. Nothing was too much problem. It was pretty busy when we arrived and he was only on himself. But he did a very good job of keeping everyone happy!

Room was a but small. Other than that it was good.

Great location next to the airport. Easy to find and get to from the airport train station. Everything signposted to help with this, too. Had everything you needed for an overnight stay before travelling. Great value. Clean and welcoming. Food and drink facilities are available in the hotel. Nice touch having free tea and coffee available in the bar area, and you could take things up to your room. Nice to know you can also use restaurants and bars in other airport hotels, like the Holiday Inn opposite, if you want to venture out the evening before you travel. Friendly and helpful staff. Suitable for any traveller, whether that be a couple like us, or we also saw business people and families staying there. A 24-hour desk meant it was nice to see someone when checking out in the early hours, too (especially if any help was needed). Would definitely do a stay here for travel purposes again.

The room was very suitable for the price with a twin bed, desk and inserts behind the bed to place items. The bathroom was clean and comfortable to use - and most importantly, well stocked. The man who checked me in was so lovely and kind - as all the staff seemed - and gave recommendations about places to go. I paid a fee to check-in early but the staff are very accomodating. For my particular trip, the location was perfect as I needed to remain near the airport.

The hotel was difficult to get to - although it isn't really their fault. The airport doesn't have great signage a for it and I got lost getting there as I wasn't aware I had to walk through T2 and down the carpark as there was little signs.

Very convenient location being only 2 minutes walk from the airport terminal. Great facilities. Lobby had table tennis and drinks machines. Lift was quick to top floor. Room was great. Nicely furnished which surprised me. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Great lighting options throughout. Soundproofing was excellent as you couldn't hear any aircraft noise at all.

Windows could not be opened even a little bit. Consequently there is a chemical smell in the hallway. We don't like our air to be only controlled by an air-conditjoning unit. Although it worked well. It is literally vital to have fresh air flow in any building. Room was small but not a big deal.

For a one night stay in advance of flying out the next morning, the location was ideal. The tariff was lower than what might be expected for an airport hotel, too. Breakfast was efficient, which helped for catching the flight on time. Noise was not an issue despite the proximity to the airport.

Directions from T2 could have been better, but that is a consequence of airport layout and design; the terminal was not fully finished when I stayed anyway. The breakfast offering is continental, which may disappoint those seeking a cooked breakfast. For me, though, it did what was needed to start the day.

Location is absolutely spot on for T2 users. Can get a beer, pizza or something from a vending machine at any time, or a full.on evening meal 50yds away in the Holiday Inn. We needed somewhere to arrive late evening, couple of drinks, kip, then shower, simple breakfast, and straight onto a morning flight. It did all we needed.

Although breakfast is available (an option we chose) it isn't clear what is on offer and what times it is served. Same goes for the evening food offerings. I feel they need to be more open about the limitations of what is available. It would save a lot of complaints.

Location is really convenient, especially if flying from terminal 2. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the rooms have everything you need (although they are quite small). The restaurant in the hotel serves food and drink until quite late and the pizzas were lovely!

We were supposed to get our breakfast included in the price. Our flight was very early and we were told that there would be grab bags available because the restaurant wouldn't be open at that time. However when we went to ask for one we were told there wasn't any available so we had no breakfast and had to buy it in the airport.
