The hotel is just outside T2, very easy to find. The check in took about 5 minutes, the man who checked us in was very kind and polite even though it was midnight, we (me and my teenage son) were kindly given a voucher for free breakfast the following morning which was appreciated. The room (twin) was a bit small but was spotless and had a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the TV had chromecast and there was a kettle and tea/coffee provided in the room. The rooms are also soundproof and have blackout blinds.

On leaving the hotel it was difficult to find way back to the airport, there are numerous paths leading to deadends around the hotel. We eventually had to climb over a metal wall to get to the roundabout to be able to get back to the airport in order to go to the train station, it was dangerous and difficult since we had 23kg cases with us. I think proper signs are needed.

It was advtised as a budget hotel in Manchester Airport and that's what I got..can't complain about it. I do love the youth hostel style of these budget ibis. Which they had existed years ago. Lovely staff

Directions to the Hotel were a little vague but I think that's down to Manchester Airport. No food options. Although was recommended to eat next door. Gareteed table.

Fantastic location if you want to stay at the airport. Walkable from all terminals by covered overpass, also to train station. Modern, clean rooms, compact but with all you need. Kind friendly staff. Lots of games for young and old, even table tennis in the lobby. Have to mention the wonderful supplied shower gel, Italian made and with a beautiful aroma! 😀

Cannot think of negatives.

Great location next to the airport. Easy to find and get to from the airport train station. Everything signposted to help with this, too. Had everything you needed for an overnight stay before travelling. Great value. Clean and welcoming. Food and drink facilities are available in the hotel. Nice touch having free tea and coffee available in the bar area, and you could take things up to your room. Nice to know you can also use restaurants and bars in other airport hotels, like the Holiday Inn opposite, if you want to venture out the evening before you travel. Friendly and helpful staff. Suitable for any traveller, whether that be a couple like us, or we also saw business people and families staying there. A 24-hour desk meant it was nice to see someone when checking out in the early hours, too (especially if any help was needed). Would definitely do a stay here for travel purposes again.

The night porter joel was a delight! Very friendly. Nothing was too much problem. It was pretty busy when we arrived and he was only on himself. But he did a very good job of keeping everyone happy!

Room was a but small. Other than that it was good.

The location is brilliant. Even with all the refurbishments to terminal 2, it's still only a 10 - 15 minute walk to terminal 1. I left the hotel at 4:02 and was through customs by 4:26. There is a kettle in the room, the beds are comfy, and the bathroom is well stocked with products. The staff are lovely, friendly, and professional. I did hear my neighbours for the first time but only very faintly. It didn't disturb my sleep. All in all a great hotel for a night before the red eye flight.

Check in was a doddle and so close to the airport. Staff were lovely. We arrived after midnight but desk is open 24hrs. Our room was spotless, but roasting (!) And bed/pillows were absolutely amazing! Charger points and phone space built into the headboard was nice too. Black out blind was a bonus.

The window was locked shut so no fresh air but we were only there for about 6hrs and straight back to the airport for another flight. We somehow got an accessible room? So full on wet room but that was fine too...however the smaller bit of the shower didn't work at all?! But there were two heads so managed. Didn't like that neither bin had a bin bag and just an empty plastic tub. Didn't like how little shelf space there was in the room and bathroom. Nowhere to set out toiletries, make up, hair drter/straighteners etc etc. Not a "big light" but by the time we were leaving it was daylight so just opened the blinds.

Convenient, good value room, staff have always been good. Place is pretty nice (I've stayed in far less nice, more expensive hotels). I used to just avoid airport hotels and just suck up the horrible early travel that comes with additional risks of the trip going wrong etc, I'm happy to use this one for Manchester though.

That lift system / signage for using your card to get be able to select your floor isn't intuitive (the arrow points to the wrong place) and I know has thrown others, not just me. If you could get better quality coffee in the rooms without the price shooting up, I'd also love that. I'm a repeat customer though, so these are niggles.

Need some chalk for the pool table and new tips for the cues, as a solo traveler it gave me something to do but for £1.50 a game you need the bare necessities

Room was big enough and clean. although the beds could be bigger (or have 3 single beds). Great for the airport - just a short walk from the terminal after coming in by train and to the terminal for an early morning check-in the next day. Majority of staff friendly and helpful.

No allergens list at the restaurant in the evening and nothing available for dairy free or vegan. Also, I picked up a tin of diet coke in the foyer, however wanted to check the cost of bottles in the vending machines compared to the cans. A very rude employee followed me and made out as if i was stealing the can of juice, even though I said I was just checking the price of one against another AND I was still within the foyer area. He could very clearly still see me in the same area and I would have had to walk past him again to get to my room, if I was stealing. Unsure why he decided to follow me about.
