Room was spacious and clean, very big comfortable bed. Easy check in, i liked that there was a Starbucks on site.
I didn't like that we had to pay extra to use the swimming pool. I have stayed at the village hotel in Edinburgh before and swimming was free. Also i had contacted the hotel regarding adding swimming onto our booking as we were coming with our 9year old daughter on arrival we were told that there was dedicated times for kids to use the swimming pool and unfortunately we were to late to use it. Had we been told this before arrival in an email we would have made sure we arrived on time.

The room size was massive, great views over Manchester, Oldham and Mossley. In the pool area the staff were actively enforcing the rules, I’m not a member of their gym but after seeing that I have been thinking about it. The staff at reception and in catering so friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would definitely recommend it.
There weren’t glasses in the room for water and the little espresso cups great for the coffee machine but not for a cup of tea. The bar staff very kindly supplied me with some green tea bags too. Oh and one more thing that every hotel does, the constantly flashing smoke detector in the room. Our room had an amazing blackout blind but the flashing smoke detector is not blacked out by it. I know the importance of smoke detector and exactly why they have the annoying little red light but as I said, every hotel room has them.

The room was spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. You could smell how clean it was when you walked through the door into your room. The bathroom was nice, with a hot rainfall shower that was easy to use and soft towels. There are self-check screens that are easy to use, but also a very friendly member of staff to help you if you struggle with them. Checking out this was nice and quick. The location was perfect for our stay; we were going to a concert at Co-op Live, and the hotel is very close to the tram route that drops you right outside the venue and is a quieter route than Manchester Central. It is also located by a retail/entertainment park, so there are many options if the hotel food doesn't suit your fancy.
If I had to be really picky, one of the mirrors wasn't very clean, one of the lamps would only turn on with the main light and the chair in the room could have been better placed, but none of these things would affect my decision to stay again

The hotel is in a good location close to where I needed to be for work. My room was really comfortable and clean. The shower was a walk in and very spacious. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. I enjoyed a lovely meal in the Bar and Grill I was on my own as I was away on business but I was made to feel very welcome by the staff. The burger I ate was delicious. I then stayed for a couple of drinks and watched football on the big screen. I had a most enjoyable evening and will definitely return.

Hi, when I arrived & went to check in to my room , I was told that I had booked 2 Rooms. I’m afraid I must ov booked the extra room by mistake. I told the lady on reception that I’d made a mistake & could you refund me but she said she couldn’t & was told to email Booking.com. Its seems easy enough to book a room but if you make a mistake it becomes a problem. It’s not the ladies fault, it was my mistake but I’m not sure how I can get a refund put back on my Card , can you please advise on what I can do please ?

Tha Hotel was absolutely fabulous. Very clean, good food and a super breakfast.
There weren't any glasses or beakers in the bathroom to place our toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver in. No slip mat in the bath. I almost slipped in the bath after I'd washed my hair. There were no sweeteners in the room or the restaurant. I'm diabetic and have to have them instead of sugar. I don't expect to have to bring my own. Also I can't have caffeine and there was no decaf in the room. As a pensioner with arthritis I did actually find it difficult to get into the bath to shower aswell. I thought I'd put that on booking but I may have forgotten.

The venue was a very lively-looking entertainment complex from the outside and I wasn't too sure, but actually the stay was exemplary. The room was very clean, beds comfortable and it was beautifully sound-proofed - I slept very soundly. In the morning, Jackie on reception was very friendly and accommodating and the facilities on offer looked fantastic, although I wouldn't have time to enjoy any of them as it was just an overnight stay.

My stay coincided with the night of the Euro final, so it was extremely busy! Plenty of parking space. Hotel is close to an array of restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful despite how busy it was. Room was clean and modern, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. Check in and out was straightforward. I paid extra for a club room to use the pool, and this area too was clean and well-resourced. Breakfast is straightforward with a satisfactory array of food. I'd definitely stay again.
Sounds petty, but no fruit juice at breakfast and the pastries were rubbery.

Hotel easy to get to by tram and also have a car park with reasonable charges. Room spacious, clean and quiet. Shower over bath good so can have either option. Staff always on hand to help with queries and are professional but friendly. Bar and restaurant on hand to buy meals and drinks. Coffee shop attached to hotel with a couple of eateries close by. Ashton centre 1 tram stop away from hotel, and Manchester City Centre about 25 minutes away by tram. A lovely relaxing stay.
Controls for shower/bath on opposite back wall.

We loved the bar/grill facilities and the convenience of it. We loved the spacious room and gorgeous beds/linen We loved the hand soap/shampoo/body wash and the fantastic power shower. We really enjoyed the breakfast, although we both prefer slightly crispier bacon, lol. We were disappointed to find the bar closed at 10 pm, but we were delighted to find that, as residents, we could order drinks at reception! Looking forward to staying again.
