You're getting what you pay for at Tinapa Suites - basic needs are met, the rooms are clean, recently refurbished, and heated. Complimentary tea is also provided. The location of the hotel is also very accessible via the 219 bus (10-15 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly).

Tinapa Suites can get quite noisy with doors slamming, footsteps up and down the stairs, and hearing the other guests talking. While the location of the hotel is very accessible from the city centre, there's also not much within the nearby vicinity of the hotel (convenience stores, places of interest, restaurants, etc.).

Used as a base for visiting a concert at co op live arena.only a 30 min lit walk there and back. Facilities basic but as described. Friendly reception.managed to park in small car park at rear which has cctv,but was told could park at front. Clean warm room ,very comfortable king size bed. Shower hot .

It's on a main busy road so if road noise bothers you factor this in. It is above a club/bar which had a dj on very loud but we were warned ,music stops dead on 12pm not an issue for us but might bother some people. Think the bathroom has been redone as there are numbers written on the plastic panelling,maybe a bit of extra cleaning will get them off? Bit of touch up needed on some paint work but didn't affect the stop over

We went to the Oasis concert and the apartments were handy for the city centre, 15 minute bus journey and the number 219 bus ran every 10 minutes. Bus stops outside the apartments. The apartments were really clean, tidy, warm, and quiet. Everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was there were no restaurants, takeaways, or shops near, so take snacks with you. The price was just right too in comparison to all the other really overpriced accommodation that weekend.

It was only a short stay, so I couldn't think of anything I didn't like. The apartments suited all our needs. I read all the previous reviews, so I knew to take water and snacks with me.

The property was outstanding! Don’t let looks deceive you from the outside. We traveled from north wales, was easy to find, Communication with the staff before and during our stay was exceptional! Private gated car park so felt my car was really safe. The inside is beautiful, clear and friendly check in, let us leave our bags well before check in as we came to watch oasis and wanted to get there early. The room is beautiful ( if you the kind of person who complains at a crack in a tile or a stiff lock on a door then go away lol) It was clean, smelled amazing! And the bed, omg it’s huge! Had to call an Uber to get from one side to the other and I’m my god! It’s like sleeping on a cloud! Very thick expensive mattress and a massive soft mattress topper on top of it, fluffy pillow and extra pillows on the wardrobe, thick heavy duvet, I have stayed at some top end hotels and never had a bed this comfy! There wasn’t any nose outside very peaceful sleep, there is a fan in the room which was even better and a massive smart TV! I mean some of the things this hotel provides without requesting them matches some of the things you pay a lot for on top end hotels! Tea and coffee facility, lovely thick carpets so after a long day taking your shoes off it was heaven! Black out curtains. Check out between 10am and 11am. Writing then at 9.47am and the sun is shining but our room is still really dark with the curtains. We will 1000000% be staying here again! And the price! We paid £79! We had 2 other hotels cancel on us so they could up the prices knowing people need hotels coming to watch oasis but this place is a gem! Didn’t have to chase them for codes or anything it was all provided. Made our stay very pleasant and we actually can’t wait to stay again next time we come to Manchester. Hats off to them as an establishment! Top quality room and service for really low end prices, I don’t know how they do it but they do and we couldn’t be happier

There is nothing we don’t like about the place! Not a bad word. Like I said, please don’t let the outside look deceive you, it’s not the prettiest looking outside but it’s on a street between other businesses so not their fault, don’t judge a book by its cover! It has everything you could possibly need and don’t be put off by the low price! It’s a gem!

Stayed at Tinapa Suites for 1 night as we were attending a concert at the Co-Op Live. It was a really straightforward walk to the arena, which takes about 20 minutes or so. The room was clean and comfortable - huge bed with crisp white linen provided us with a very restful sleep. The shower room was compact and exceptionally clean. Although Tinapa doesn't have a breakfast option, there is a small retail park just a five minute walk away where you can grab food. The check in was straightforward and the chap checking us in was professional, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Nothing to dislike.

Location is close to the co-op live/ ethiad stadium, there is also a bus stop that runs into Piccadilly opposite the road. Rooms are decent sized, good amenities and nice and clean. Good value for money, a very comfortable stay.

There isn’t always someone at reception so information is hard to gather. The parking is good but isn’t signposted and looks locked so is hard to find initially. The walls are also very thin so you can hear people talking in the next room over. Despite all this I would still recommend staying here and will stay here again myself when I next visit manchester

Booked here as it was close to Co Op live. Easy to get into the city centre from there also, good bus route and easy and cheap enough to get an uber or taxi around. If you’re looking for an aesthetic location this would not be for you. But the room, staff and price were all excellent. Would really recommend staying if you’re attending any concerts as Co Op live is within walking distance. The suites are also on a busyish road- so maybe request a room off the road if that would bother you at night. Had a really good 2 nights here and the easiest experience getting to and from a concert ever!

The car park was small but secure but it was free. The room was just fine. It had everything you needed for a 1 night stay. It isn't luxury nor did I expect it to be. I had a fine stay regardless. There was tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a kettle. The location to the co op stadium was perfect, 25-30 min walking distance. I felt safe in the room. Key card to enter the building and the room. Also a key code for the lock on the car park gates too. Bed was very comfy and large. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower head didn't work, only the smaller head. The towels could have been a bit larger. There was no hair dryer or iron.

I love everything the bed is so comfortable, the bathroom facilities, the warm room, the price especially for more than 1 night stay considering the calmness in the area. The staff is just so friendly and always ready to help. I love the fact that there's a contact number on the Till, having told us know on arrival that reception is not 24hrs. There are some nearby shops in less than 10 mins walk. Free parking with security cameras active. I can't ask for less and this my number 1 hotel anytime I'm coming into Manchester. I stayed in a standard single room and it worth it exceeded my expectations compared to other places I've been to in Manchester. I love everything here and I highly recommend.
