You're getting what you pay for at Tinapa Suites - basic needs are met, the rooms are clean, recently refurbished, and heated. Complimentary tea is also provided. If you need anything from the friendly staff, you can contact them on Whatsapp and they'll respond promptly. The location of the hotel is also very accessible via the 219 bus (10-15 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly).

Tinapa Suites can get quite noisy with doors slamming, footsteps up and down the stairs, and hearing the other guests talking. While the location of the hotel is very accessible from the city centre, there's also not much within the nearby vicinity of the hotel (convenience stores, places of interest, restaurants, etc.).

Used as a base for visiting a concert at co op live arena.only a 30 min lit walk there and back. Facilities basic but as described. Friendly reception.managed to park in small car park at rear which has cctv,but was told could park at front. Clean warm room ,very comfortable king size bed. Shower hot .

It's on a main busy road so if road noise bothers you factor this in. It is above a club/bar which had a dj on very loud but we were warned ,music stops dead on 12pm not an issue for us but might bother some people. Think the bathroom has been redone as there are numbers written on the plastic panelling,maybe a bit of extra cleaning will get them off? Bit of touch up needed on some paint work but didn't affect the stop over

The man that checked me in was friendly and welcoming It was clean The bed was so comfy I like that there was a dispenser with shower gel provided

Location is close to the co-op live/ ethiad stadium, there is also a bus stop that runs into Piccadilly opposite the road. Rooms are decent sized, good amenities and nice and clean. Good value for money, a very comfortable stay.

There isn’t always someone at reception so information is hard to gather. The parking is good but isn’t signposted and looks locked so is hard to find initially. The walls are also very thin so you can hear people talking in the next room over. Despite all this I would still recommend staying here and will stay here again myself when I next visit manchester

I love everything the bed is so comfortable, the bathroom facilities, the warm room, the price especially for more than 1 night stay considering the calmness in the area. The staff is just so friendly and always ready to help. I love the fact that there's a contact number on the Till, having told us know on arrival that reception is not 24hrs. There are some nearby shops in less than 10 mins walk. Free parking with security cameras active. I can't ask for less and this my number 1 hotel anytime I'm coming into Manchester. I stayed in a standard single room and it worth it exceeded my expectations compared to other places I've been to in Manchester. I love everything here and I highly recommend.

The hotel has the most basic things you will need, the guy on the till is so friendly and understands the environment. Transport to the City Centre is just opposite the hotel and 25 25-minute walk to the Etihad Stadium/Co-op Live. The room is extremely clean and calm which is ideal for my stay. Hot water shower, the room was warmed up within 5 mins after check in as the radiator was off on arrival and I didn't realise the temperature was about 2 degrees afterwards. 32 inch TV and I logged in my Netflix on the TV. The staff reminded me about the loud music from the bar next door but I didn't hear anything throughout my stay as I checked in on Sunday and spent 2 nights. Reception closes 10PM and if you need anything before that time there's a dedicated number on the till for immediate response Incase there's no one present at a time. I never expected to have this standard considering the cost per night. They exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay again and again and I recommend 100%.

Room was good.

Location is an industrial road which is deserted at the weekend. No receptionist. Received a pfishing email after booking from a dodgy email address. I notified both the hotel and Booking.com and did not click on the link asking me to verify my credit card details! Booking.com confirmed this was the second email address associated with the hotel. I notified the hotel but they did not verify the email address or care that a fraudulent address was associated with them.

Great value for money. A really comfortable, functional and clean room. Great location in terms of my needs in visiting The Manchester Settlement and a short distance to city centre in cab. Easy to access and reception turned up within a minute of call in them. Room at back was really quiet and had a great nights sleep. Highly recommended for those looking for good value. Second time I have been there and it won´t be my last.

For what I paid I don´t think there was anything wanting. The only thing I can think of is a mirror in bathroom. Tiny thing and just moved small mirror from wall.

Once I found the property (signage not clear), I was pleased to find it easy to access. Received a friendly welcome and advised about the car park. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, extra pillows were available in the room. It’s walking distance from the co-op live arena, which was perfect for our stay. Slept well.

The room as adequate and no complaints; however, I feel it could have benefited from some hooks on the wall for coats- would have helped with the wet clothes after coming in from the rain. The desk area of the room, as well as the mirror was dark and could benefit from a lamp or such like. If I’d been staying longer would have appreciated a hand towel per guest in addition to the bath towel. Shame there are no on site refreshments available.

Initially unsure when I first drove up, I was very pleasantly surprised once I'd let myself in. I had to arrive quite late at night, and the staff were so accommodating - they left everything I needed in a small, clearly-labelled envelope on the reception counter, and gave me all the important info via booking.com messages. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I wasn't there long, but I had a great night's sleep. All the facilities you would expect were available. Basic, but very comfortable, and did the job. Would definitely stay again.

I wish I had asked the staff about where to park prior to arriving, as I found it very difficult to find where I should go. The surrounding area wasn't brilliant. No mirror in the bathroom. Next to a main road, so a little noisy - would recommend bringing earplugs/headphones if you're a light sleeper.
