Really good location and Diane the manager was so friendly. Breakfast of pastries, cereals and toast with coffee machine and costa pods. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room also. Room was very clean. Hotel part of the pub locked with both physical key and key card, which made us feel safe. Email was answered within the hour before our stay.
Nothing, other than a possible recommendation of a fan in the rooms as it was really warm, but nothing that the hotel staff itself could change on the day 😊 There were cold bottles of water available in the fridge on the landing which was needed!

Family run establishment with super friendly staff. Metres from platform A on the metrolink with an amazing pedestrian crossing that proritised pedestrians over other road users Two escalators and pedestrian crossing away from platform 10 at Picadilly mainline station. Healthy breakfast with quality fruit and classy muesli plus unlimited (not so healthy) coffee. Good sized kettle and plenty of sockets and deskspace in thev room. Spacious shower with good water flow and unlimited towels.
Would have liked a hook on the two doors (room 1)

Location excellent for Piccadilly Train Station, just a 2 minute walk. On arrival we had a lovely friendly greeting and we were showed how to use the keys. The room was spacious bright and clean. Beds were exceptionally comfy. Only niggle was lime scale in the shower but the shower itself was hot and forceful. Breakfast help yourself to cereal toast and chocolate croissants. Lovely Costa coffee machine. Only niggle was there was no decaf. On the whole though excellent stay, would def stay here again. Room was so quiet despite being on main road and by train station. We did not use the bar only because it was closed after our night out, but appears to be just a typical Manchester pub. Obviously proud to be Manchester the Manchester Bee was all over the hotel which was lovely. Many thanks for the stay X
Just limescale in the bathroom and no decaf tea or coffee. Bit that's all!

We had a brilliant stay at The Bulls Head Inn! The pub was lively and busy because of a football match, but despite being short-staffed, the team went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Someone even stepped away from the bar to show us around—top-notch hospitality! Breakfast was just right, and we loved the idea of helping ourselves outside the room. The tea and coffee setup in the room was spot on, and having fresh orange juice and bottled water available in the hallway fridge was a thoughtful touch. The view from our window was the cherry on top—we could see Piccadilly train station! What a fantastic way to wake up. Overall, we were very, very happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Excellent Condition room was superb in every way it could of been. The staff were fabulous friendly and vary helpful. Breakfast was well set up and you could tell someone had taken there time to make it look appealing. The customer's in the bar were vary pleasant to chat with. Me and my partner were so impressed we will be telling family and friends about the Bulls Head. If i could rate it, it would come under the heading of Better than a Five Star Hotel. We love it and we all should support small businesses 🙌
There was nothing to dislike at all

All staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The Bulls Head is just over the road from Piccadilly Station which was ideal. The bed was really comfy, and the water in the bathroom lovely and warm. I will be looking to book with The Bulls Head Hotel again following this stay and I can't recommend this fantastic little gem of a stay enough! Thank you again ☺️
There's nothing to comment on negatively. I will say that the kettle in the room didn't work, but I informed the manager and she brought up to my room a kettle ready to go, pre-filled and boiled ready for me. She really went out of her way to make sure I could make myself a cup of tea that speaks volumes about the customer service provided here. Thank you ☺️

The staff Diane and Ashley were so friendly and made us feel relaxed and welcome.Had a good chat with them both and Roger (the dodger haha )while waiting on check in. The rooms were beautiful and spotless very wrlk kept by the lovely Christine..literally across the road from Piccadilly Train station and central to everything.
Maybe a later check out but to be fair we didn't ask about the option..

I liked the location next to train station and I could just watch people. We had to heat room up as it was cold but after few hours it felt fine. Very clean. Ashley was very nice and down to earth, also the cleaning lady helped me out no bother to use coffee machine, Me and my partner liked it and found it quirky instead of a lot of bland hotels that are very much alike this wee place had character. And was quiet for location.
The room could have been warmed up before we arrived.

excellent location, opposite Picadilly station. Rooms were comfortable, clean and a reasonable size with everything we needed. Although it is an old building the rooms were tastefully decorated and tertiary glazing helped with the busy location outside. The bar I think closed early so there was no noise internally and I don't know how many rooms were occupied. Continental breakfast was everything we needed. Excellent value and a friendly welcome too.
Nothing that I can think of

The property is super close to the Piccadilly train station and tram points, and a 10 min walk to the Arndale centre! The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and lovely, and the room was gorgeous! We will definitely be staying here if we’re ever back in Manchester :)
Our only compliant is that the room was quite cold at night, but it is an old building so this is to be expected. The rad in the room did a good job of warming us up!
