Everything. Staff were excellent, so very helpful, polite, very well mannered and very good at their job So friendly and made us very welcome and happy. We gov in a little early and the lady at reception had no problem booking us in and we even had an upgrade, I've been a few times and will be staying again as it's a lovely friendly place the Australia lady at reception couldn't do enough for my Son and I she was great at her job and very experienced i wish her lots of success in the future and I would highly recommend this place for many good reasons.

There wasn't anything not to not like. My stay was very great yet again.

Excellent location next to the station, 10 minutes walk from the main shopping area, 20 minutes walk to Manchester Central Conference Centre. I asked for a high up room (and was given one on the 7th floor) to avoid any potential road noise & the apartment was therefore very quiet. Fast WiFi; able to cast movies from streaming services on my iPad to the lounge TV. Staff very friendly, simple check in. Good space in the apartment. Excellent value for money.

Only very minor things - nice to have luggage storage, but felt that StayCity could have provided it free, rather than having to pay an extra £5 per locker to a different company. Hallway light was annoying as it kept turning on (and then off again very quickly) whenever I walked around in the kitchen area.

Clean and spacious apartment. I was happy to be facing the back of the property rather than the busy road side. Pretty quiet and a great distance from piccadilly train station. Amenities were well stocked and provided and the bed was pretty comfortable!

The branded sofa's aren't the most comfortable, the seat itself was dipping/falling off so I could feel the metal of the pull put sofa. I'm also not a fan of any light when sleeping, so the gaps in the curtains letting the street light into the room wasn't my favourite. (But I know this is a personal preference, and this wouldn't put me off staying again!)

I liked the apartment it was a good size and soundproofed, very clean and tidy, and warm and air-conditioning you get your own room and bathroom each which was amazing good size each, comfortable and cosy, you get your money's worth definitely recommend this stay, staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful, you get an option whether you want to eat in the apartment or choose there services, a great location as you have a lot around you and close to the train station so not far to go, plenty of shopping and restaurants and cafes and theatre you won't be disappointed

Well equipped kitchen. With a nearby grocery, we had the ability to make breakfast omelets and casserole dinners.. Combo washer/dryer was okay. The bathroom had very good shelf space for toiletries. The bed was adequate.

Washer/dryer had no instructions for use. Dryer was underpowered, taking four hours and still not drying jeans. Trash receptacles are small, and while recycling is good, not accepting glass (some items from the grocery store still come in glass containers) is a problem. We had to leave them on the counter. There is a motion sensor in the foyer that turns on several very bright lights there. The problem is that the last thing you want at 2 a.m. when going to the toilet, is for those lights to turn on! The doorways from the bedroom, kitchen, and bath open into the foyer, so there is no missing them. Anyone planning on visiting this location: BRING A SMALL ROLL OF OPAQUE TAPE! That way, you can temporarily cover the sensor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful from our initial welcome to helping us find locations to checkout. They took the time to chat whenever they met you, they're a lovely team. The apartment was more than big enough for 1 adult and 2 children. It was equipped with absolutely everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out ones. The rooms were nice and dark when the curtains were pulled at night. No noise from other rooms or outside perfect to sleep after busy days. The location was perfect, only a 10 minute walk into the arndale shopping centre. Lots of shops right outside and next door to the train/tram station. Perfect location to stay!

We stayed in the Superior Two-Bedroom Apartment for a family holiday (5 people), and overall we were quite satisfied. While it’s not the most luxurious or best place we’ve ever stayed, it met our needs very well. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family. The kitchen had all the essential cooking and dining tools, and the washing machine was a great plus for a multi-day stay. Wi-Fi was fast, AC worked well, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were reasonably friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. Keep up the good work and continue improving your service!

The elevator too small and little bit noisy.

The location was great, right next to Manchester Piccadilly Station where my train arrived/departed. It was bright , clean and the aircon was effective. The kitchen area was well equipped . The staff were helpful and friendly.

There were 2 lifts for many apartments and on the first day one was out- of service so going up or down was pretty slow. Some bottled water in the fridge would be a nice touch and something I would normally expect when paying that price and only 1 dishwasher tablet was left to use. Although the aircon was good, a separate electric fan would be useful. My friends who slept on the sofa beds said that they were very narrow (more like a camp bed) and there was only 1 pillow supplied per sofa bed.

Walking distance of Manchester Piccadilly Station, close to shops. Rooms were very clean, kitchen was well equipped.

The hallway light is motion sensored, came on whenever I moved on the settee in the lounge area, this got tiresome very quickly. Also disappointed that no rubber bath mat was available for the shower in the bath. I have slight mobility issues, not enough to warrant a disabled room but I felt unsafe getting in & out of the bath especially as I was staying as a solo guest. I feel that the hotel should address this problem, I'm sure I'm not the only guest to feel unsafe for this reason.

Location right next to Picadilly Station. Rooms pleasant and spacious with cooking facilities. Bathroom has new appliances.

The only problem – a major one – the lifts. One broke just after we arrived and remained out of use all the time we were there. There seemed no hurry to have it repaired. This resulted in enormous queues at peak times! And the doors on the working lift closed much too quickly, nearly hurting my shoulder. This could be very dangerous. They closed very quickly when a father carrying a baby entered the lift. Fortunately he was shielding the baby. Otherwise, it could have resulted in a nasty accident!
