Great location, nice to have a balcony. I liked the Manchester themed decor.

The bed was too firm. Having to pay a £250 deposit for a 1 night stay. When I asked the receptionist when this would be refunded I was told the evening after departure. It’s now 2 days later and I’ve not received the refund or any communication around this. So far what was advertised at under £200 has cost me nearly £500. To me this either should be clearer or quicker to refund.

Location, ease of checking in, cleanliness, size of apartment, facilities within the apartment, nearby facilities and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was easily accessed and reliable.

Not much can be done due to the concrete pillars, but it was rather difficult to park due to the limited navigation/steering space. Getting to the reception from the car park wasn’t wheelchair friendly - had to go to Level 0 but then there were some steps to reception. A ramp at the side could be put in.

I was upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom with balcony. The apartment was fabulous! Location was perfect, staff were friendly. I would highly recommend

The apartment doors are very heavy and between 7 am and 10 am ish you could hear constant banging which was a bit annoying. Luckily I could shut the noise out a bit closing the bedroom door. Just something to note. The apartment was fabulous

The location of the apartment block is just fabulous, right in the Northern Quarter. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself was great, we were on the eleventh floor with a balcony overlooking the city and beyond, it was spectacular. Everything was provided to self cater and there was even a washing machine. It seems there's a mixture of long term and tourist residents so the facilities reflect that.

The tiniest niggles which really didn't bother us, but might others, was the shocking wi-fi reception, and the lack of TV reception, the only option being to cast which is a faff for anyone who doesn't have all the necessary apps already on a device. But we weren't there to look at screens, so all was good.

Great central location, near loads of transportation, shops, restaurants etc. Our apartment had an incredible view over the skyline (it was on the 17th floor). Nice and spacious, well equipped, beds very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The Nespresso was a nice bonus.

There were no hangers or areas to hang or put towels/clothes etc in the bathroom. The doors to the aptments slam (we could not close ours without slamming) and so you can hear the neighbours coming in and out at all hours. It is an area of night life and partying groups. We did not hear noise at our apartment but the sound of the tram passing buy could be heard (not too loud).

Fantastic view of Manchester, the 19th floor was brilliant. Enormous space for living, dining and cooking. Almost too big. It was clean, spacious and homely. The bathroom was clean, bright and again almost too big.

The bedroom was too small and the position of the tv behind the door was insane. You had to close the door in a small bedroom to see the TV. Blinds at the window would be better than curtains so you can filter the sunlight instead of completely blocking it out by drawing the curtains. The gym equipment is dated, needs a refresh.

Hotel located very centrally, close to the main shopping centre, and within easy walking distance of main attractions, restaurants, theatres etc.. Hotel very secure, requiring a keycard to get through the main door, and further into the hotel. Apartment very spacious (I was upgraded, on arrival, to an executive suite), kitchenette had everything I needed. Great views across the city (from 11th floor - the hotel has 19!), although currently a lot of regeneration and building going on, so hopefully views will get even better. Staff were great, very helpful (I saw quite a variety over my stay, but all very friendly). Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable Aparthotel right in the heart of Ancoats. Staff were super friendly, especially the incredibly patient chap who directed us to the car park when we got a bit lost on the back roads! The location really could not be better. The hotel is right in the heart of Ancoats, so a mere stagger back after enjoying the Manchester night life. About a 15/20 minute walk from the Canal Street area, too. Being able to park securely at the hotel is a real bonus, and help is offered if you struggle with the small spaces.

Whilst the rooms were immaculately clean, there are some minor issues with the fit and finish. The TV mounts were a little wonky, and the door to the balcony was hard to close properly. Though the door didn't noticeably let in a lot of cold and, unless Spiderman ever goes rogue, doesn't cause a security issue. Car park is a touch expensive, but slightly cheaper than the nearest NCP. They did allow us to overstay for a few hours, though. Which was greatly appreciated!

Nice spacious apartment in great location - 10 mins walk from Piccadilly station and close to trams/Museums/Shops etc. Comfortable beds and adequate kitchen items to make small meals - we ate out mostly as plenty of good eating places within 10 mins walk. Reception is 24hrs and very helpful and friendly. Good shower in main bedroom.

TV in main bedroom did not work as it said WiFi signal was not strong enough but did not need anyway. Wifi was fine in living room area for phones etc. and TV worked fine there for what little we needed.

We really liked staying here. The staff were awesome, really top-notch. There were lots of little touches; a bag of snacks, coffee pods, bottled water and teas that pushed this into a top stay on our UK trip. The price is good and the rooms are large (our unit - 2bd/2ba - was big enough for a family, two couples, or a small group). The beds were very comfortable, and the location puts you close to lots of dining and shopping choices. Definitely recommended.
