Friendly staff, nice clean room. Good breakfast and great location

Bed was okay. Pillows great and quilt and sheets lovely but mattress wasn’t too comfy. When one moved the other did. It was a boat feeling

Really pleased that a twin bed room was an option, unlike some other hotel chains. I liked how spacious the room and bathroom was. I am pleased that the shower head was on a hose and not fixed to the wall. I enjoyed the free breakfast and that there were so many hot and cold options. Room temperature was very pleasant and I couldn't really hear outside noise. The shower plug hole was draining very slowly- I spoke to a member of staff and it was sorted really quickly; thank you!!

The seats in the dining area were rather stained and might need to be changed to be an option which is easier to clean.

Super comfy beds and bedding, even a pillow menu lovley room, and bathroom .huge shower .loads of breakfast choices, cereals,pastries,toast, fruit,yoghurt, unlimited drinks, decent buffet style hot breakfast . Friendly ,helpful staff . Convenient location for Manchester Victoria/ printworks/ arena.

Was very busy at breakfast, bir of a struggle to get a seat . Overall room spotless other than tiny bit more attention to detail needed by housekeeping, handprint on bathroom glass door panel, bit of soap scum in shower, shower gel and tissues empty. Could've asked for more though.

Took my 2 boys (12 and 10) to Manchester for a United match for 3 nights. First impression was how great the location was. 3 mins walk from Shudehill tram station and 6 mins walk from Victoria Train Station. It was a great base. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The shower/bath was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was exceptional too, tasty with plenty of selection. I really felt that we got great value for money, and it was a joy staying here. We definitely will be back next season!

The option of hard and soft pillows, mattress was very soft (which I usually don’t like) but slept well. Lovely dark room/curtains.

Breakfast is chaotic! The small (meant to be one way) room to collect food is too small. Staff going one way, guests going the other, with some guests also re-entering the room the wrong way, a real mess. Food that ran out was fairly quickly refilled but staff should still refill BEFORE it runs out. Barely enough room for seating so goodness knows what happens when the hotel is full. Had to ask people for the ketchup on their table.

Great location, convenient walking distance from town centre. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room had both soft and firm pillows which was a nice touch. The shower was great! Hot and powerful. Breakfast was included - buffet style, fairly standard selection. Dairy milk alternatives and gluten free options available. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was cold and the temperature control was tricky, it wouldn’t have been an issue except there was no spare bedding in the room.

Central location friendly staff

High cholesterol breakfast, but inevitable when it comes to hotel breakfast in England. On our second night the fire alarm went off 5.30 in the morning, all the hotel guests rushed out into the corridor only to find out it was a false alarm. However we couldn’t go to sleep again and that day was partly ruined. Asked for a 20% refund for that particular night, but my request was dismissed. However it is not too late, the hotel management should look into the matter again and I will give the hotel the 10 point rating I would have given the hotel if it hadn’t been for this faulty fire alarm system.

Location is great for me arriving by train and it is short walk to mall, supermarket and family. . 8th floor away from city noise. Someone always at the desk so secure Good room layout with a sofa and desk. Lots of plug sockets and lights Shiny modern bathroom Comfy bed. Love air con. Love the black out curtains Breakfast included and lots of choice

Carpet was really dirty in the last room I had Looked like someone spilt a coffee down side of bed and on curtain The fan in tbe bathroom runs all night long which doesn't bother me but would drive some crazy

The accommodation exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. We stayed on a Sunday night, which was extremely good value for money. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped for an overnight stay. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus, with plenty of choice and plenty of food. The location was within easy walking distance of Victoria Station and the Arena. Despite being in the heart of the city the area was very quiet overnight.

I always like to be able to open a window but it was sealed. There was air con - which we were able to switch off - instead.

The location was perfect for everything we needed to do within walking distance, some shopping, getting some food and attending an event at the AO Arena. It is very easy to reach from the train station. Bathroom was great. The hotel staff was very nice!

Breakfast was a bit poor and cold, it consisted of English breakfast style and some croissants and pancakes. The area gets busy after 8:30am. The room wasn't clean to a high standard as we found the bottle cap near one of the beds and dust around.
