Breakfast was really good, and there were great options to be had. The staff were extremely friendly. The location was great. Used a EURO car park which was half the cost of the one advertised. And only 2 minutes walk away. Complimentary water in the mini bar restocked daily. Very close to the tram station.
The menu in the Glass House restaurant menu did not match the online menus. The floor edges around the bathroom had not been cleaned. The socket and USB ports next to the bed do not work. The bathroom extractor fan did not work. Hairdryer had melted plastic and cut out after a few minutes use.

We got a good price for a family room. I liked that we had 2 double beds instead of the 3rd bed being a fold out sofa. 2 double beds were MUCH better. I liked that there was a seperate bath and shower, plus vegan products. We enjoyed the breakfast and felt there was enough variety. The location was excellent and I hadn't realised we would be that close to the centre. The parking discount was great and it was very close to the hotel. The BEST about the hotel was the comfy bed! The mattress was amazing and we slept really well.
Some shared areas could do with freshening up with paint, such as the corridors. The main parts of the hotel were fine though.

I was attending a work conference which was taking place at the hotel, I therefore decided to book to stay at the Crowne Plaza. The location is extremely central, within a few minute walk from the Victoria Station. The rooms are large and modern. I had an issue with the sink in the bathroom draining slowly, I informed reception and was immediately offered another room. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Staff are helpful and very polite.
Shower cubicles are a bit on the smaller side.

The room was amazing. The location was fab. The service was brill. The cleaner was so lovely and polite. So were the people in the lounge room. And the bar. Just so kind and sweet.
It wasn’t that I didn’t like it, but I’ve stayed in other Crowne plazas where the lounge area is just better in general. More choice. Quicker service. Better views. I saw someone slip a waiter in there on Friday night just gone £20 and ask if he could keep serving them a bit longer which he agreed to but we were sort of rushed out which really Put us off but we know not every Crowne plaza would do that.

Beds were really comfy, location was perfect. The local bars and restaurants were suited to my age group (30 yo). Staff were really friendly and helpful, asked Qs about using local metrolink and were able to advise. Bathroom was clean and decent size. The cleaning staff were super efficient, breakfast was great value and had everything you could want. Room had coffee making facilities, decent hairdryer, a number of plug sockets etc.
Limited light in the rooms. There wasn't a main light, just one at the entrance of the room and then some bedside lights so not ideal when trying to do your makeup. The windows don't open and the Aircon wasn't as cold as I would like. Didn't interrupt my sleep though. There was some damage noted to the walls of the room (holes etc) so not the best maintained room in the world. Was perfectly clean just if you're wanting to feel luxurious might not be the best option or might just need to upgrade. Still a perfect room for our purposes of a weekend break where we're spending most of our time out and only using the hotel to get ready, sleep, and have breakfast.

Good location for the purpose of our visit. We were able to check in when we arrived at around 12, which we didn’t expect but were really happy about. Room was really clean, good facilities, bath and shower, enough clean quality towels, hot drinks station. Carpet has seen better days and was a bit stained and burnt in places but that was my only minor complaint. We were visiting to attend the oasis gig so did really have time to use any other hotel facilities but staff that we encountered were friendly and professional. We didn’t book breakfast so can’t comment. Loved the little Oasis promos around the hotel, waterproof ponchos for sale etc
Huge hike up of prices for the gig weekend. Leaves a bitter taste as we had no choice but to pay it but I guess worth it in retrospect.

The location is perfect. Right in the city centre, a 2 minute walk from the Arndale centre with plenty of transport links if you want to go further without taking the car. We went for a concert at the AO Arena, which again is only a short walk away, so it's perfect. The rooms are well appointed, very spacious, even the standard rooms, with everything you need. The staff are great, always friendly and helpful, but never overbearing.
It's not really an issue, but a matter of personal preference. Hotel beds are always a little too soft for my liking as I have back problems.

The staff were friendly as always. There are lifts up to the room. It was quiet 🤫 n the room so didn’t hear if people were noisy when they came in. We were greeted with a gift from the hotel due to a birthday. Thank you guys! The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Beds are comfy also. This is our second stay here and we will be repeating our stay here.
The room was a bit warm. There was a temperature gauge in there but it was blowing cold air by the door and didn’t really come over to the beds. May not have been an issue if there had only been 1 person in the room. Didn’t ruin our experience. We love the hotel.

Hotel is in a really good location, a few minutes walk to the Arndale shopping Centre, and many cafés and restaurants. Room was comfortable and along with tea, coffee and biscuits there was also a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge for each guest. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, from continental, various fruits and a full English, and we were offered additional cooked waffles for the children if needed.. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we were able to get a late checkout which was great.
Room was a little tired in parts. The chair and footstool were quite stained, the safe didn't work and we couldn't get the hairdryer going, although reception told us they're not easy to use. Maybe a note in the room to explain would be a good idea. The TV remote and telephone keypads were a quite grubby and in need of a good clean.

The location was ideal for the ao arena. We walked there easily. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful -all smiles and wanting to help. The choice at breakfast was very good with absolutely no complaints about the food on offer. The staff were just buzzing around in the background keeping things running smoothly without getting in you way at all. The whole stay felt top class and the view from our room was great - looking out over the city and down on the busy city streets.
The only criticism is that the car park was across the road and not adjacent to or under the hotel itself..... but then it is in the city centre so I suppose it is to be expected.
