Good location. .

You need to advertise that this apartment is at the top of 3 flights of stairs. It was a huge shock and carrying luggage up there for longer stays isn't appreciated. Walls very thin, so could hear neighbours. Crockery not clean, all needed to be washed again.

Amazing location!

I would have appreciated a bit of flexibility in terms of check in / out - they were willing to do so but only for a fee, which I’ve never experienced before. This just confirmed the quite corporate feel of all of our interactions with the property, and feels a bit ick - like we’re dealing with a computer instead of human beings!

Property is well located and in good condition. Comfortable beds and the kitchen is generally well equipped. Sofa also comfortable. Tea and coffee provided plus a water filter although apartment overlooks the street and there is noise in the lounge if you have the windows open, this noise could not be heard in the bedrooms with closed doors

Property does not have a lift. Hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful Scissors in the kitchen would be useful Some cupboards were missing handles which makes it look a little unloved main bedroom window is above an extractor unit for a late night food outlet so it wasn't practical to open the window (noise and food smells)

Location was amazing. We had multiple restaurants and coffee shops on our doorstep. The accommodation was excellent value for money. It had everything that we needed including iron and a hairdryer, as well as kitchen utensils, pots and pans so we could cook our own dinners. The rooms were very clean and the bed was really cosy. The check in instructions were also very detailed. Overall we had no issues whatsoever and were positively surprised given that the place was couple hundred pounds cheaper than hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodation was quite noisy, but we were right in the city centre during oasis concert week, so that’s to be expected.

Centrally located in the North quarter of Manchester. Very spacious , modern, comfortable and very clean . Very well equipped kitchen ( with a washing machine ) Good size TV and excellent WiFi. Comfortable beds and good quality bedding . Quiet at the weekend and warm on a cold night. Very good value for money ( cheaper than the Premier Inn) Prompt and professional attention from staff when needed.

The shower in the master bedroom needs attention ( difficult to regulate) Ditch the plastic plants…they are cumbersome and don’t add to the clean and modern design. A rack for coats , hats and umbrellas might be a good idea

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very prompt in replying to messages. Both the living room and the bed room had fans too.

Some old cabinets ( lock box like and numbered ) at the ground floor confused us and we thought that we had to get our apartment keys from there. We had to call up the hosts who then guided us .(Another guest had the same experience too !) Also, climbing up two floors with suitcases was not easy.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Charming cafes, bustling high street shops, delightful restaurants, a convenient supermarket, and travel hubs were all just a leisurely stroll away. The flat offered an inviting spaciousness, equipped with wonderful facilities and a cozy atmosphere that felt just right. Plus, the tranquility at night was such a lovely bonus.

The shower door in the hall-bathroom fell off its hinge. It's pretty heavy but luckily we caught it so it didn't cause any injuries or break anything but it needs to be addressed. Additionally, the flat exhibits several signs of wear and tear that are not reflected in the promotional pictures.

The apartment was clean and spacious, very close to Piccadilly and lots of bars and restaurants in the locality. The location was great and the host kept in contact with us throughout our stay, we requested a late check out and they were very good with communicating with us and got it sorted within a few minutes. There is a smart TV in the kitchen which we loved and all the rooms are nicely decorated. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Manchester.

We were arriving late at night to the property and didn’t see the smart keypad on the outside door. We were trying to get in through a gate which had ‘104 Tib Street’ written above it, we could see there was bins at the other side and this door also has a keypad on it. The door into the apartments is to the right of the gate with a smart key pad. I just want to note this for other people who may be arriving to the property and confused as to which door it is.

We booked this on short notice after much disappointment with another accommodation and we couldn’t have been more pleased to have found this. There’s a Sainsbury’s across the street which was convenient for late night runs. Rooms were very comfortable and homely. The kitchen and bathroom had all the essentials you could possibly need in a normal home. Bus stops close by which made it easy to get to and from our meetings and offices. One of us had to check out later due to a meeting running late and they were very accommodating in letting her checkout a bit later than agreed.

Location isn’t the best but not the worst either. The street it’s on doesn’t look the safest at night. Actually getting into the property was a bit of a hassle and some back and forth with the agent. There’s no elevator and having a good bit of luggage on us didn’t make it the easiest to get up to the apartment.

Super spacious apartment in great location! Really easy access instructions. The reviews were helpful re stair access but nothing that isn't clear from the listing. Easy to get hold of host (albeit large portal, not individual) when I had a question about parking and late check out. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and I like the extra touches such as bedside lamps and fans. All in all, outstanding!

I took my own cleaning products which was good as limited provided. They need a kitchen bin. The wifi didn't work while we were there so no tv too but that wasn't a fault of the host and is what it is.
