Comfortable and clean, room was next to a relatively busy road but was ok during the night. Would be nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Usually, i choose the Marriott chain of hotels as they offer good quality for the price. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and the good location. The service was nice, and breakfast was more than enough for our stay. The only downside was the soundproof of the rooms, you could hear the next room using the hairdryer at night quite intense. The bathroom toilet and door, well if you're ever there hope you get a better one than us. The toilet is cramped in one corner where you barely have room as a 1.90 cm person to breathe. The door doesn't really do anything, quite literally could do without, no sense whatsoever why it would be there, many holes around it, just for show. All in all, still good, but if you're picky, read this comment and take a decision for yourself. Could use a pair of slippers as well, first hotel in the chain that is not providing these.

The hotel is very beautiful, very comfortable, in general staff were very helpful. Location is really good, very close to the centre and walking distance from everywhere. Restaurants, bars, cafes etc are all walking distance.

I did mention to one of the receptionists that our AC in the room wasn’t working, she informed us that there was no maintenance in the hotel until Monday, so all weekend we were without AC. After our stay I checked my bank account and I see the hotel has charged me twice which put my account into minus. I called the hotel and their explanation was that my first payment when I checked in was still pending and they needed money to cover our stay. In all fairness they returned the money but that should not have happened especially without authorisation.

I had a great experience staying at the AC by Marriott for one night. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. A special mention goes to Himanshu, who was welcoming and kind. He went above and beyond by asking which floor I preferred and accommodating my request, which made me feel valued as a guest. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a short stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with great service.

While my overall experience at the AC by Marriott was enjoyable, I did encounter a few concerns in the bathroom that should be addressed. Specifically, there was noticeable mould, which I am particularly sensitive to, as I prefer a completely mould-free environment. Additionally, there was a stain on the shower floor that was somewhat unappealing. Although these issues were not significant enough to overshadow the positive aspects of my stay, I would recommend that the hotel attend to these matters to ensure a more pristine and inviting experience for future guests.

The location was brilliant! Staff were very lovely. The bed was super comfy. The room was clean. Breakfast was great with a mixture of foods available

The tv did not work- could maybe check these before the room. It was late when we came in so it was not the end of the world but was not great. The shower seemed to leak ALOT and the bath towel was dripping wet after trying to make it safe in the bathroom. I do think lady sanitry towels should be present in the hotel. There was none in the room, at reception or in the toilets in the main reception. I think even providing with 1 for emergency in the room or having some at the reception would be good for guests for those unfortunate times we are caught of guard.

Probably wouldn’t stay again but the room was worth it, if we ignore the bed. The mini fridge, free slippers, robes and bathrooms bits were a nice touch. And don’t worry if you haven’t packed your toothbrush, sewing kit, slippers, cue tips, razor, shampoo, conditioner or body wash as it’s all free with your room which was pretty good as we only booked a bog standard room.

Loved the room but our bed was extremely lumpy and painful. Drinks were expensive at the bar and the only food they had were pizzas. Just pizzas. It was also in a slightly sketchy area considering it’s a 4 star hotel and not overly close to things

Offered us a Free room upgrade. The superior room is amazing. Room 110 looks onto the main road and was nice watching cars go past on the rainy day that it was. The bed was comfy so comfy that we slept in. In the superior room they have a mini fridge filled with drinks that are free. They also provide toothbrush, toothpaste, a hair comb, body milk, sewing kit and much more. The tv is positioned directly in front of your bed on the wall which is a bonus because you don’t have to break your neck looking at a tv in the corner of the room where some other hotels have it.

The only downside is that there isn’t a pool and the dumbbells in the gym only go up to 20KG. Another thing was that we couldn’t connect via chromecast on our tv because it said HMDI cable isn’t detected although everything was plugged in behind the tv so maybe that’s just room 110 that has a technical issue

Really well kept, smart hotel and rooms and very clean Comfortable beds and pillows, appreciate 4 pillows on a double bed Hangers that you can take off the rail Full length mirror in bedroom and a light up mirror in the bathroom TV - you should be able to cast but it wouldn't work

The property was beautiful , Very clean and all the staff were so lovely and helpful ! The room sizing was great and comfort of the bed was unmatched , the bar was also a very nice place to visit with good pricing on drinks. We were not charged for usage of mini bar in the room which was a sweet bonus. And I think the mini kits in the bathroom were a cute added touch. A nice view of the city from the 6th floor too and everything you need is in walking distance.

It was only the bathroom facilities in the room that could be improved. Despite it being £215 a night , we had no handsoap provided so had to use the shower gel . Aswel as this there was also no other basic bathroom necessities like a toilet brush or toothbrush holder. In much cheaper hotels these things are always provided. Otherwise no other issues.

I was visiting alone and was having surgery in a nearby hospital. Room service was not available, the staff made an exception to the rule to accommodate me not having to eat in the restaurant post surgery by bringing me a lovely meal. Very helpful and supportive team.

I had to listen to the people in the next room having sex and watching TV. This was an adjoining room so possible a room without that door between may have reduced the noise. Not the best when you just want to sleep.
