The room and bathroom was clean. Great location only being a 5 minute walk from the Andale. The bonus of this hotel is the private parking, which meant we could have piece of mind whilst leaving the car.

Issue with payment - after payment made on arrival, my card was also charged the next day. We spoke to reception and the person on shift was rather unhelpful and actually quite rude. The next morning we spoke with someone else on reception who was super helpful, we also informed him of the trouble we had the evening before whilst speaking to reception. The breakfast was part of the price so we tried it because it was there, however, it was not great and we skipped out on breakfast the rest of our trip.

Everything was great, the staff were lovey, and the location couldn’t have been better with the train station just down the road it was very easy to get around to all different places. Had an amazing time. When it got to warm in the room I rang down for a fan and the receptionist was most understanding they could have been and within a few minutes a fan arrived at our room. Very quick service. Thank you for the amazing stay, we will definitely be back soon :)

The beds were just a bit on the hard side making it a little bit uncomfortable to sleep on. But once you were comfy then it was absolutely fine

Breakfast was generally very good although a little 'lean' for vegetarians - a veggie sausage might have been nice. But plenty of overall choice, great coffee, clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful, to be congratulated. Everywhere looked new and spotless with exception of carpeted lift areas. Car park was small & expensive but very secure. Just awkward to get into - more info about the parking & it's charges would have been helpful.

bed wasn't very comfortable, neither were pillows. Also some machine-like whining coming from somewhere - not my AC, maybe someone else's bathroom extractor fan?

Everything! Easy parking, which we didn't mind paying for, for convenience, as we had an early start next morning. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The reception staff were extremely helpful, with one making some great suggestions for where to eat, and another being happy to get us some extra coffee for the room. We were delighted that breakfast started at 6am to match our early plans, as some hotels start much later on a weekend. The breakfast itself was great with loads of variety. Great value hotel considering the central location - wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Great location, great breakfast and able to check in early good parking. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and also go to different locations. It was a 5 minute walk from town and we walked down the canal to the coop live which was nice.

In the evening there was limited drinks on draught such as lemonade, soda, and there was only 1 draught alcohol available as no one knew how to change the barrel. It was also very busy and there were 3 or 4 staff on but they were all working separate and not helping each other if they came up with a system no one would have waited that long

Great location, good & clean facilities and easy to get to by car or train - An excellent hotel.

The queue for breakfast was a bit of a joke - We were part of the biggest breakfast queue I’ve ever seen! Plus it moved forward about 10 metres in 15 minutes given there were at least 100+ people in front of us so we decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. Not great when we’ve paid for breakfast at the hotel! Granted there are signs around in the lobby and lift areas so it is clearly a known issue, however, there is certainly a lot more that could be done.

Breakfast - Quality produce, and cooked breakfast was a good temperature. Fruit was fresh. Toilets around the bar and restaurant were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel that we saw. Neil behind the bar and reception had a great sense of humour, whilst still getting the job done. Thanks Neil!

We had a fire alarm at 2.00am. Probably someone smoking in bedroom. There were no 'no smoking' signs in bedrooms, ( not that it wasn't obvious from other locations). When we were outside on the alarm, the fire warden was not visible to us, so we were unaware of what was going on.

Friendly greeting when we arrived. We were asked what our plans were, which was a nice touch. Room was great with the addition of a fridge and safe. Bathroom was spotlessly clean with a lovely shower. When we arrived back after a gig, there was condiments, plates and cutlery in the lobby for a late night takeaway, which was a fab addition. We didn't have the complimentary breakfast but took advantage of the late check out with a lie in instead. FAB STAY!

Aircon could be better, the room was warm. Beds were firm, but we slept well. The sink didn't drain very efficiently and the toilet look a few flushes to rid it of paper. All small quibbles, which wouldn't prevent us from staying again.

Location of the hotel Its short taxi that costs around £8 to a McDonalds restaurant a short walk across from Etihad stadium/ coop live ✅ or if walking just over 40 minutes to the Etihad/coop live . Facilities great as usual ✅staff attentive we stayed on the second floor 204 very quiet room slept well no noise disturbances .Also good refreshing toiletries supplied in room ✅

View from room messy, however noted it was a property opposites car park area & obvious building work being carried out on other buildings outside rooms windows .shower was great hit but no water pressure

Friendly welcoming staff, comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast and friendly staff in the restaurant area. Good location with a short walk to the station and city centre - surprisingly quiet for it being on a main road.

Good breakfast choices apart from a very limited choice for cereal which was disappointing, and the only eggs were scrambled and no mushrooms/fresh tomatoes. And we only found the waffle maker as we'd finished breakfast as it was in a completely different area to the rest of the breakfast food. I realise this is probably because of a lack of space, but if we'd known it was there we would have enjoyed the waffles. Decaf tea in the room would have been a welcome addition.
