The apartment is perfect, the view is amazing, located next to the center! The building is modern, the apartment was super clean, congratulations to the house keeping department, there is everything included, fridge, oven, kitchen utilities etc., even washing machine! The bed was super comfy! Highly recommended!

Immaculate , great views , no noise, excellent facilities , everything I / we needed and then some. It did exactly what it said on the tin. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and I would and will definitely look to stay here again in the future, great level of online interaction from the company too.

My only tiny point I would raise is that it’s Charles Hope apartments within the “angel gardens” complex.. eventually after walking around the outside of the complex twice and following the “what three words” navigation app, did I realise that it was inside and then the very polite and helpful concierge professional at the desk, highlighted where the key fob locker for the apartment was as per the instructions. ( no harm done though)

Had to call up to get the code for the key safe box. But was extremely greatful that I was given access to my room early! I had to be at football 3pm and that’s when was told check in was and couldn’t pay for early check in as didn’t have bank card on me only had Apple Pay or cash. So that was a good of your staff! thank you very much, also once got my bank card details forwarded to me was even able to pay for late check in at late notice! Although there is no staff on site to help is great knowing you have good customer care over the phone, when visiting Manchester again am sure will stay here again, lovely location and lovely views etc. even had a 5aside football pitch by the terrace, lovely place to stay was a shame had to leave.

Toilet kept dripping time to time after flushing or could hear the room above sometimes not enough to be a problem though. The cleaners make quite a bit of noise tho which must be frustrating for those who stay often. I think if you lot had a decent rooftop bar with live music etc would be classed as 5 stars no doubt 👍🏼

Very clean, each room had its own bathroom, towels were provided as well as a ton of amenities such as a washing machine, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots pans, dishes and many more. The view was also very pleasant, and though we could tell there were others on our floor at no point did we hear anything from outside the door not downstairs or upstairs, extremely solid walls and doors. Contacting hope Charles was very easy and the staff were increasingly helpful anytime we needed help. Definitely a place I will consider again when visiting Manchester.

I’ve got no complaints.

We all loved this apartment so much. It had a nice clear layout with plenty of space to move around. It had 2 spacious bedrooms with lovely en suites also. Never really used but the kitchen was really nice and clean also. The view from our apartment was amazing as well. Would like to thank everyone involved for a lovely stay.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like but if I was to be picky I'd change the living room furniture but that's just a personal preference.

The location was amazing. The security of the building is top notch. You can only access the building with a fob and that only gives you access to the floor you are staying on and the gym/restaurant. The apartment is very modern and furnished very stylish

In the bedroom next to the kitchen there was an awful smell. Even with opening all windows for our full stay wouldn’t remove the smell. The carpet also in this bedroom needs cleaned. After a shower when walking in this bedroom I noticed my feet were disgusting and sticky

Apartment is in a great location took us just under 10 mins to walk from Victoria station. The apartment itself was fabulous just as shown on the pictures, had everything dishwasher, full fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker/hob. Bed very comfortable in spacious bedroom with lots of wardrobe space. Fab views of Manchester from living area. The building itself was very nice with roof terrace, library chill out areas. Spotless. Staff on reception very friendly too. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely return.

This is one the best apartments I've stayed in for holidays, the location is prime, the apartment is spacious, the aesthetics are lovely, we didn't want to leave 😩

You don't see anyone to attend to you, texting back and forth but no one comes around for help, they gave us the wrong keys and no one comes around to replace them, we had to manage a single key throughout our stay.

Very spacious, excellent location, easy check in / out. Overall cleanliness and facilities very good.

Shower gel dispenser not on shower wall, looks like it had fallen off and just left in the bottom of the shower tray, minor point admittedly but looked untidy. Kettle in room but no coffee sachets, had to go to the Sainsbury's local and buy a jar of coffee. Once again a minor point but would normally expect sachets to be provided when a kettle is present.

Stylish and very comfortable. Beds and shower pressure were great. View stunning. Convenient location, close to shops and transport links. Appreciated coffee pods and milk sachets. Kitchen well equipped.

Entry code provided in advance didn’t work. Info could have been clearer about what to do in this situation. No staff on site to help. Also initial difficulties working out WiFi access. Would have loved a bath rather than 2 en-suites with showers
