Picked the hotel as its literally outside the arena and couldn't be bothered travelling at night. Yes it's more expensive than most hotels around the area but worthwhile if you're going to an night time event at the Arena, you'll be in bed within minutes. Our room was fine as you'd expect from a Radisson, comfortable bed, a great shower and endless lighting options if you're in to that. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. although the coffee machine is a bit naff, shame they don't allow free coffee's from the bar like many hotels do at breakfast time. The hotel has a spa which unfortunately we didn't have time to try.

My girlfriend confusing Manchester AO arena with London O2 Arena for an Ed Sheeran concert... She also managed to book on the wrong day as well as in the wrong part of the country (thanks babe). This isn't a criticism of the hotel though, but Booking.Com asked me what I didnt like., and I didn't like that. Ed Sheeran was v good though.

The staff to begin with were absolutely lovely ! Amazing facilities within the price. The hotel room was very clean and spacious

Comfy beds, good choice of breakfast (maybe few extra pastry options and black pudding) lights over headboard. Staff friendly. Great location for AO arena, print works, bus station and arndale centre.

Unfortunately room cleanliness fell short on this stay but having had a perfect stay previously wouldn't let that put me off staying again.

Room: The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern decor that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a coffee maker, minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The room had a nice view of the city (or surrounding landscape), which made for a pleasant atmosphere. Location: The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of major attractions like [landmark/restaurant/park]. It's in a vibrant area, yet still quiet enough to enjoy some peace and relaxation. Easy access to public transportation made getting around the city a breeze. Bed: The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and plenty of pillows, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Service: The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and they made sure all our needs were met.

Modern and clean. Staff were friendly especially the night staff. Jose the night manager was made a point of letting us know he was there to help and had a conversation with us. I liked the Uber station and the self service for the snacks. Breakfast was a great selection, again very clean. The gentlemen welcoming us in at breakfast was also very friendly and polite. Happy with the parking validation discount, which was a two minute walk opposite the hotel. Large tv in the room and very comfy bed. Plenty of plugs. Large floor length mirror.

The lighting In the room could have been better. It was more side lights than a main light so the view in the mirror was slightly dark. We would have liked more toilet rolls in the room (but I’m sure it would have been easy enough to ask for more).

Ideal location for AO Arena. Just been refurbished, so it's still 'new' . I was upgraded to a disabled room which was huge. Fantastic bathroom and decent towels, soap etc .Complementary bottle of water was appreciated.Good coffee and juice selection. Plenty of options if you don't want a cooked breakfast

The hotel needs to update the information sent to customers before checking in. They are still advising limited food options which is not the case . Full breakfast facilities are available. Disappointing hot food selection. My bacon was cold, the sausages were anaemic looking and I can't believe an hotel in Manchester didn't have black pudding ! Croissants were dried out, possibly from being too close to the toaster . Lost points for the breakfast .

I travelled with my Daughter to see Teddy Swims at the CO-OP LIve. Surprisingly easy to get there by tram but found the short walk from the tram station to the hotel was a little un nerving late at night for two ladies walking alone. Taxi driver refused to drop us the short drive to the hotel because is wasn't worth the his while , more important than our safety.

Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. We did find that we had to choose who was having the hotel chocolate ,tea or coffee as there was only one choice for 2 people 😆 Breakfast was the best choices for a stay over. Staff were impeccably attentive .

We went to a gig at the AO Arena and its a 5 min walk away, so excellent location and in the city centre for any shopping, bars etc,. the staff were fabulous, from the reception and the lady in charge of the bar and restaurant. So helpful. The room was lovely, clean and great bed. The only one thing was that at breakfast the scrambled eggs were cold, even though they were on a hot plate otherwise the breakfast has a huge choice and great value. I would stay again and recommend for sure. I looked at comments on other sites and they weren;t good but the hotel is being renovated to a full Radisson hotel and its beautiful and modern. :)

As mentioned the scrambled eggs at the breakfast were cold otherwise the pool was very small and when we visited busy with children so we couldn't go in.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at the Park Inn by Radisson in Manchester. The booking in staff were very polite, helpful and professional. The hotel was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows however were atrocious. They were so thin, I needed 4 pillows just to make it ok for me. As I have mobility issues I wanted to book a taxi to take us back to Victoria station, the guy on reception said, but it’s only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, I’m not wheelchair bound but I have difficulty walking more than 50 metres as I have back and breathing issues, it’s not for reception staff to assume that just because a person isn’t in a wheelchair that they are fully mobile. Waiting staff, bar staff, cleaners and most of the reception staff were incredible. Breakfast and evening meal was fantastic.

The thought that one member of reception staff assumed I was fully mobile just because I wasn’t in a wheelchair. The pillows were really below par, not what u should expect from a top quality hotel.

The hotel was in a great location for me. It's a little walk from the city centre. The bed was very comfortable and the room is spacious. Bathroom is well equipped.

There was noise from the refurbishment going on, despite being told it would be minimal. Doing a work call one afternoon there was constant drilling for over an hour in the next room. The TVs have been retuned and so ITV/Ch4 etc are on the wrong numbers - reception sorted it, but said every customer is asking the same thing. I am surprised something wasn't put under the door to say what to do rather than everyone having to ask. My shower gel and shampoo provided were empty on arrival, but they were rectified.
