The location is excellent. Fantastic breakfast. Excellent wi-fi. Brand new hotel with a modern feel.

The shower and cubicle is not set-up for a comfortable showering experience. How it's been installed means the floor, floor mat and anything else on the floor gets a good drenching. Also, the soap and shampoo dispensers have been installed to high. I am tall and found them difficult to use. If you are short you will have no chance at all as the shampoo just runs of your hand. Finally, the silicone sealant that seals the glass cubicle will never leak, but is hideously ugly. Yes, you may have guessed that I'm a plumber by trade but every little detail counts in a hotel of this grandour.

The hotel was amazing ,staff were so friendly and accommodating we needed cutlery and plates when we ordered a takeaway and they gave it to us .we didn’t feel like we burdened them .i loved the security measures in place ie:lifts are only assessable via a room card so no one can just wonder into the hotel .I didn’t wanna leave as the bed was so comfortable ,the shower was amazing too

Could have done with more water bottles to fill the kettle and the tea/coffee station to be stocked up more because I had to ask for more milk and sugar but I’m sure if asked they would be provided plus it would be nice if there was Netflix and more tv Channels to watch

Modern facilities, excellent staff, fair prices, brilliant location, & overall a wonderful experience throughout. Will definitely be returning!!

The hotel has a very modern vibe. It's colourful and very beautiful. I particularly loved the strong artistic detailing (colours, designs, patterns, and cleanliness). The breakfast BUFFET is absolutely amazing. It's totally unbeatable! Staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. My eggs came out really nice every single time. Great chefs, too. I also loved the fact that I could go down to the 2nd floor to refill my water bottle every time. The hotel is in a great location, and it was easy for me to walk down to choice parts of the city..... Not to forget the tasty cookies that are supplied daily in the room by housekeeping.

For me, everything was okay during my stay.

Overall, the apartments were decent. The breakfast was rather average. On New Year’s Eve, we got caught in the rain, got completely soaked and frozen, so we asked if there was a warm room with ventilation where we could leave our wet clothes to dry. Unfortunately, our climate control was centrally regulated and locked at a maximum of 23°C, so we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. The reception assured us that they would increase the temperature in our room, but that never happened. As a result, we had to dry our jackets, shoes, and gloves using a hairdryer and then an iron. The management was quite formal and not particularly accommodating. On the positive side, the location was excellent—close to the train station—and the hotel itself was quite clean and well-maintained.

Bar, breakfast and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent location for the AO Arena. Breakfast and dinner were good quality. Room was clean and appeared relatively recently decorated.

There is an annoying lack of storage in the bedroom. The room is large and has lots of space but there is very little shelving/storage and no coat hooks. The bathroom has nowhere to hang and dry towels. May not be such an issue if guests are staying just one night but when staying for longer, the room facilities do not meet needs.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the beautiful Annie. Never have a felt so warmly invited into a hotel, the check in was smooth as quick. We were happy to find that even at just after 12 our room was available. The room was clean and comfortable and it had everything needed for a short stay. The night was quiet and again not too much noise early morning. The location was good it wasn't in the heart of the noise from the city but close enough to be a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. Manchester cathedral is steps away and is such a beautiful place to visit. Our check out was also smooth and the hotel happily looked after our bags while we had one last wander around Manchester.

Personal preference but the pillows were far too soft for me. I had to sleep on the decorative cushions. Maybe offer some harder pillows for people that prefer them.

Very nice welcome and assistance with checking in with the new pod system. Breakfast was hassle free even though the time we arrived was very busy.

We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant the night we arrived prior to watching a show at the AO arena. The young lady behind the bar said if you find a seat I will come over with a menu and take your order… we waited for 15 minutes to be served… the young lady did keep looking across but failed to actually come over and serve us even though I made eye contact with her. We were not impressed so left and went to a restaurant a few yards away. We were happy we did as it was a fabulous meal.

Hotel staff was really friendly and the breakfast was basic, but delicious. Loved the bed, it was cozy, warm and so soft. Location was perfect. Also our room was high so the view from the big window was amazing.

Our shower was broken and it gave only so hot water that u cant stand under it. We said about it ar the desk and the was said to go to maintenance. We left to the town and came back, the shower wasnt fixed in same evening. We went to say about it again when we left out. We were offered a new room, but at that point we were waiting our uber and agreed that we will change it in the next morning. Aftern we ate breakfast we said about the shower to the desk, she said that someone can check it and within an hour it was fixed under 5minutes. It was unfortunate that we had to wait a day for the shower to be fixed. No-one said anything about it after the first morning we said about the shower. But anyways thats only bad experienxe we had.
