It was in a great location for what we needed it for, and we were out and about all day so it was enough for us to get ready in and sleep.

We noticed a couple issues in the room like the size of the bathroom but it was enough for what we needed this weekend at a conference - if I’d been more organised in my beauty routine before coming to Manchester the size of the bathroom wouldn’t have been as much of an issue as there just wasn’t much space to manoeuvre. We also noticed that the toilet seat wasn’t very well secured but I was able to fix it even if temporarily. Also the bed was on the smaller size (small double) but my husband and I aren’t particularly slim so this was a little difficult to get comfortable. There were spare pillows which was good but the pillows in question were wafer thin and I ended up with a bit of a sore neck on the Saturday morning even with 2 of them.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel—it truly exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the place feel so homely. I sent a request to check-in Two hour early , they replied if it is available they will let me and they actually let me check-in 2.5 hrs before check-in time at no extra cost. The room was comfortable and clean and all the facilities provided in the price i paid was really good. Parking available in front of the hotel. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

If I really had to pick something then a more spacious bathroom, would make it perfect—but honestly, I had a fantastic stay!

The bed was very comfy. It was nice to have a fan in the room as it was a hot night. and the breakfast is lovely and hot and fresh.

The bath plug wasn't sitting flush in the hole, so I couldn't have a bath. The shower head would not sit flash. So when you put the shower on, it pointed towards the bathroom. Which flooded the floor, and the shower screen didn't protect the water, I managed to get it to stay pointing down so I could have a shower. However, on getting out of the bath, the mat was soaking, and so was the floor.

Location was okay it was near the centre and the arena where we were going. Since I booked it I have had an accident and am disabled and so for me it was too far to walk. Not the fault of the hotel just pointing it out. Staff were brilliant and helpful place was very clean and food excellent. Disabled toilet next to reception.

There was no lift and I have mobility issues. Had I known I would of cancelled my booking and found somewhere else. Rooms were small and no chair or table. Very difficult for someone with mobility issues. However this could have been due to being in a family room with an extra single bed. I found it difficult to get on and off the bed due to it being very high up and having a mobility issue and injuries very difficult to sit on the bed. Bathroom too small couldn't use them for bathing. I need a helper in the bathroom and could not fit more than one in the room.

Excellent location, in easy walking distance from the city centre. Considerably cheaper than other places nearby, and while the room was small, it was also perfectly fine, and did what we needed. The bathroom was similarly bijou, but we'll laid out given the space.

Directions for entry could've been a touch better (once we know the direction it was fine, but ended up walking the wrong direction as the signage didn't provide directions).

This hotel is great if you're staying for one or two nights. The beds are comfortable, it has all the facilities you need, it's easy to park. If I'm going to a gig at the arena I'll always book this hotel as it's short walk away, you can get food and drink there so you don't have to go searching elsewhere, the bar opens until 1am so good if you want a drink when you get back and there's a good take away round the corner. Yes the room are a bit dated but I can't think of anything else I would need for a short stay. The staff are friendly, you can come and go as you please and you can leave your key at reception as it's open 24hrs, great if you're clumsy like me and likely to lose it when you've had a drink!

The location is close to the bus station 10 min walk and also close to arndale mall and city centre, i liked the bed a lot and the staff is very helpful also the view is nice.

There was no lift i had to carry my luggage and any shopping bags 2 stories, also the lunch gave me diarrhea and vomiting, moreover the tub was not very clean i even decided not to shower as i only stayed for 2 days and travelled back home after. The tv could go down a little as my head hurt looking up to where it was fixed on the wall. But overall decent stay.

Clean rooms with a good selection for breakfast. Staff always available to assist. Location is excellent for the Manchester Arena or other locations to the north of the city centre. Parking on site, so ideal if you want to bring a car. Also close to Manchester Victoria railway and tram stations. Price-wise no competition in the area.

Decor is a little dated and location a little "industrial", don't expect fabulous views. But for a cost effective stay right near the city centre there needs to be some compromise. Would still definitely use again.

Very clean & comfortable beds. Extra pillows are already in the room. Fan attached to wall, which was great for a warmer night. Couldn't hear any noise from other guests. Shop & takeaway very conveniently just outside car park.

Bathroom was cramped, hardly any room to stand at sink, with the toilet and shower either side. No lifts. Traffic can be noisy if your room is road facing & you like to sleep with the window open, couldn't hear anything when closed though. Wouldn't let these notes put me off staying again.

Perfect location, 20 minute straight walk up to the centre of Manchester. Room was up to date & comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities provided & just ask at reception for any extras. Check in was easy & a bonus that you can park on site too (extra charge however)

Bathroom definitely needed an update & a deeper clean - mould on the shower screen and body wash holder. Carpet hadn’t been hoovered. Maybe just accidentally missed as the rest of the room was clean
