Great room (with free upgrade from booking.com) on two levels with kitchen area, spiral staircase to bedroom, sofa and desk, bath. Car parking at £15 for 24h attached to hotel, cheaper than multi storey NCP nearby. Friendly staff. Breakfast included with reasonable selection. Just in Salford, but easy walk into Manchester. Location ideal for us as we were visiting our daughter very close by, we'd definitely stay here again.

Carpet in room could benefit from a steam clean. A little noise from traffic in our room, but not enough to disturb us other rooms wil be quieter if this is an issue. Cooked breakfast was a bit tepid, though this was at the end of the session and very few guests had been for breakfast.

The man at reception, Ethan I believe his name was? He was wonderful, so friendly and catering to our needs! The room was clean and looked very freshly refurbished. I like that there was a laundry room on site for guests too!

The location wasn't ideal, there were so many road works going on around the area at the time which made it difficult to navigate coming to and from the hotel by taxi and I know this isn't by fault of the hotel itself. I did however feel that based on how much I paid, it would have been better for me to book a hotel closer to Picidily as I had to book a lot of taxis. Again, I can't fault the hotel for this, but it just was not ideal for myself.

Stayed here with a friend as we were attending an event at Aviva Studios, which is just round the corner, so the location was fantastic. Very easy to find with a nice big car park. Staff were nice and welcoming on arrival. The room was nice but definitely needs a more regular clean, there were crisps on the floor and lots of stains on the carpets, but the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and tasted very nice, the dining area was lovely and clean also. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The staff were very accommodating, we arrived a few hours early and we were allowed to check in. They were warm and friendly throughout. The hotel has parking on site which is easy to access and use, at a fair cost. The mezzanine rooms are spacious, clean, modern and equipped with everything you need. The showers and bathrooms were nice and clean. The location is great; it felt quite quiet and not crowded with people, yet close to everything you need. The hotel is close to Salford central and Salford cathedral bus stops, which is only a short journey into the city centre. It was very easy to get around.

There was no AC in the room and it got very hot and stuffy during the nights.

The staff were super friendly and helpful 👍 Breakfast was very good lots of fresh hot items and a good choice of pancakes and pastries with jams and cereal options too. The room was spacious and very clean. I was very glad of the fan provided in the room as it was such a warm day 👍

The separate toilet from the bathroom was fine but it meant the bathroom was rather small and having a dodgy hip it was rather awkward to get in the over bath shower in such a small space. However as it was only a 1 night stay this didn't really pose too great a problem. Feel a bit mean moaning about it but I would have struggled if I had been staying any longer - to be fair probably more my issue than the hotels!

Travelled from Belfast to attend the Billie Eilish concert. Absolutely blown away by the size of the room we got for the great price we paid. The hotel was conveniently located with nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Handy to get to and from the concert and was very happy with the space. We travelled with our 5 month old and we're very happy with the level of accomodation the staff showed in making sure the relevent equipment was in our room for our baby to sleep.

The room was very hot and the fans provided were helpful but at times, just blew warm air.

Breakfast - plenty of choice. Only had the continental style but cooked items were available. Very close to the Opera House and that’s the reason we were there. Very clean room.

Room service wasn’t available even though it was advertised 24hrs. The room was a strange layout. The TV was in a corner and a big column obscured some of it for the left hand bed. On the column there was a long mirror which faced one of the beds. There was a step up into the bathroom but there was no warning and only one bed had a bedside table.

Reception staff were absolutely brilliant, great range of food and drinks to purchase. Room was lovely, as was the hotel itself. Breakfast was nice and was hot too. Loved that they had shower gel and shampoo and condioner as I had forgotten mine. The hotel had lots of lifts which was brilliant. We went to a show at the AO arena and this was perfectly situated.

The bacon was naff, wasn't proper bacon on breakfast. Didn't like the step up into bathroom kept kicking it :( Bath was very high to get into and im only 5ft 2 so needed a had into it. Just a heads up for the shorter people :) Carpet in hall/passage way could do with replacing. The car park was very small, couldn't get a space, wished we had known we could have reserved a space. There was however parking opposite the hotel but be aware its £15 for 24hours

- Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception - a lot of space in the room - spacious shower cabin - well equipped kitchenette with plates, cutlery, pan, pots, fridge and freezer, material for washing the plates, microwave - very clean and modern - many sockets - less then 20 minute walk to the train station Manchester Victoria as well as to the main attractions in the centre - comfortable sofa

- not all lamps worked properly - water pressure in the shower very weak (not a lot of water came out) - in the kitchen I was missing oil, salt, pepper and scissors - no table to eat at (only a desk with one chair) - no sockets in the bathroom - washbasins were way to small (you make everything wet around you when you use them) - no toilet brush! - bed wasn’t that comfortable due to some strange knobs - located next to a high street (a lot of noise and light from the outside all night)

The room was lovely and spacious,clean and tidy, plenty of plugs for our appliances Tea,coffee,milk and biscuits on a tray The only we didn’t like was the height of the bath was to high for smaller people and the shower wasn’t very powerful and was just warm,but lovey clean towels and nice toiletries Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice Free coffee machine in the reception area and every member of staff was very friendly and helpful Car park was right outside and £15 for 24hrs Would definitely stay again if in Manchester.
