Staff were superb. They arranged a taxi, found an extension lead (sockets needed beside bed for CPAP machine), extended check-out time. Plenty of free parking, disabled space next to entrance, Large TV. All very clean.
We were delighted to walk into a cool room, but... there was only one basic chair. Two comfy chairs would have been nice for a relaxing evening. Now to be picky: the duvet was very thick so we were either too hot, or too cold once we flung it aside, On, off, on, off, on off, And the pillows and mattress were very hard, so we didn't sleep well. The breakfast was mixed, good choice, some cold, awful coffee, and the toaster was useless (through once - hardly toast, second time -burnt). And GB News is not an option on the TV

Easy to find with perfect location for what we needed with free parking. The hotel itself was presented very well with the best smelling reception I've ever entered. I loved the slipper box where you could change your dirty wet shoes for a pair of clean slippers. Bags for your wet shoes were also provided. The downstairs lounge and bar area was also very welcoming with a variety of board games to use. The room was clean and again spot on for me and my 2 teenage sons. Breakfast was lush, every need catered for. The late check out was also taken advantage of!
Trying really hard to find someone that I didn't like....which is difficult but I guess the only thing would the stair wells weren't the nicest as in there was a musty damp smell and I think some of the windows were blown but im literally picking fault here in what I consider a faultless hotel. I mean, you dont even have to take the stairs as there is a lift available. However, I like to try and keep active, especially after consuming such a large yummy breakfast!

Fabulous staff, really took care of me and were outstanding in both professionalism and friendliness. Unfortunately I required an ambulance during my stay and the staff were very attentive and very sympathetic, assisting me in every way they could. I was quite blown away by the level of hospitality, they are genuinely lovely people. Katie at the front desk was particularly awesome, and her colleagues too! The room itself was great, very comfy bed, quiet, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was lovely, they even have vegan/veggie options available.
That I had to go home :(

Staff was amazing, Wiktoria was so kind and looked after me from day one. Couldn’t fault the food, lots of lovely choice and a nice 3 for £25 offer on most of the evening menu means you can fill up for less. 3 for £28 on nightly specials too which was really good value. My one suggestion would be to have chicken tikka masala as a staple on the menu and maybe a mushroom tagliatelle. I felt the menu just lacked one or two British pub favourites. Restaurant service was quick and efficient, breakfast was also very nice. Loved the choice of eggs such as eggs florentine and eggs royal. Made a nice change from the standard breakfast. Room was clean, a little shabby in places such as the air conditioning unit case was broken and hanging down, this was repaired at one point. Room was serviced daily and I can’t fault that. Car parking is free! Free! It’s amazing to have free parking where competitors charge daft rates which makes no sense. It should be free to those who book rooms or attend the hotel. Nice big desk in the room - ideal for home office working
Tiny bath, really small low down bath tubs that are not designed for todays larger folk Room a little tired and fixtures coming off the walls. Toilet roll holder wouldn’t stay on the wall and things like towel rail was also looose. Toilet positioned too close to wall, again no space for larger clients to sit and have their daily, one had to sit at an angle. Air conditioning unit went to 18 but was still too warm maybe lower 12/14 degrees could be a suggestion

Convenient free parking. Great location close to the city (only 8 min drive). Cost effective compared to similar facilities in city center. Good room size with air conditioner. Good washroom. Overall, Good facilities and courteous staff.
The lift was not working. My wife had some difficulty as she has arthritis. Sunday morning breakfast didn't include mushrooms. One of our room access card was boot working, had to go activate twice. Got a new access card the second time which worked.

Free parking. Friendly helpful staff. Location good for where we wanted to go. Everywhere felt fresh and clean. Good shower. Comfortable room had all we needed.
Although the breakfast offer was broad, the quality was not great. For example, there were 4 half circles of black pudding available on the breakfast buffet and they were hard as rocks. The bacon was also frazzled. I think they had been left there for too long and should have been refreshed. We also had dinner there. Menu offer broad and impressive but the quality of the food was not great.

Everything was clean, tidy and as expected. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and fresh. The staff were pleasant. I only stayed for one night, but I 've no complaints. Everything was great.
The only slight issue was that the air-conditioner in the room wasn't working properly, so I wasn't able to control the temperature and it was very noisy. So I only had two options with it: 'ON' or 'OFF'. Beyond that, I couldn't control it in any way. Other than that, everything else was great.

This is our 'go to' hotel when we're visiting Salford where our daughter is at uni. Great as ever. Easy to get to from the motorway and the uni. Loads of free parking. Clean and comfortable room with a good bed. Fabulous breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly good grill house opposite that serves a ridiculously good value 'rice and three' and other affordably delicious no frills curries.
The only thing we don't like about it is that it isn't dog friendly, but that seems to be a company thing.

I only booked this place as I was going into the hospital around the corner the following Sunday morning at 6.30am so made sense to stay closer for the night before then travel early from home which is an hour away. The hotel was nice enough and my room was large with a double and a sofa, fridge, large wardrobe with robes and a large walk-in shower. It was a nice room.
Staff could have been a little bit more like "how can I help" as opposed to "what do you want". Location wise for Manchester center is too far, but that wasn't why I was there on this visit.

We stayed last weekend and I gave the hotel a very good review, this was repeated this weekend and we have booked again for next weekend. Clean, comfortable, good facilities, quiet and great staff.
Sadly the bathroom on our second stay was in need of refurbishment, the hotel explained that it was going to be done, it was disappointing after such a lovely room the week before. Cracked floor tiles, broken wall tiles rusty handle on the bath paint peeling on the bath panel. I hope we get a better one next weekend. The rest of the room was very good, you are forgiven.
