Property was great but at check-in having already paid Booking .com including extras & taxes.I was informed by the Property worker I had to give them a £200 refundable deposit covering any damage.I was lucky that I had the money many wouldn't . This extra charge should be mentioned by Booking.com as the intermediary you are the ones arranging with the third party & must be aware of extra charges.A single person or young family will not have budgeted for extra charges & can lose their Booking fee because of it.PLEASE NOTIFY CUSTOMERS IN ADVANCE.

Clean, modern apartment close to tram stop for easy travel into the city centre. Near to where we needed to be for the start of the Manchester marathon. Parking on site and Sainsbury’s on the doorstep. Staff were very helpful in securing us another parking space for part of our stay. Great to have two showers and kitchen facilities. The apartment was cleaned with towels and toilet roll refreshed during our stay.

The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped with some oven dishes for example. There weren’t any wine glasses, only 4 small tumblers and no wine bottle opener. These were minor things but would have made catering slightly more enjoyable. The parking costs were quite pricey at £16 per night. There were no recycling facilities in the apartment with only cardboard being accepted in a separate bin on the ground floor. What a shame to not have included this in a brand new building!

Nice compact little apartment that had everything I needed. Well equipped kitchen meant that I could cater at home rather than eating out all the time. Nice bathroom well set out and lots of fresh towels on hand. Smart TV, comfy sofa and a nice comfortable bed. Parking was and extra £16 per day but I suppose that's what you get in these places, beware if you're in anything higher than 2m for the underground parking... 2 mins walk to Media City with it's restaurants and shopping. The Quays are a nice place for a walk around and a bit of people watching. If you stay here I assume they have a few apartments on several floors so a water view isn't guaranteed. I would recommend taking the lift to the top floor, quite a spectacular view 🙂

£16 parking but it's not the end of the world.

Location is great, one minute walk to harbour city tram station there is a nearby Sainsbury market open till 23.00pm heating is good kitchen is nicely equiped walking distance to mediacity and nearby river TV is smart but kind of slow Internet is very good Immediate hot water washing machine is good Bath tube and towels are good and clean

Matress and pillows were not comfortable at all The furniture of bed squeking when you move cleaning once in every 5 days given liquid soaps not good only 3 hangers were provided no hangers were available to dry clothes after washing wardrobe + bed furniture + tables are IKEA quality (very basic) I stayed around 3 weeks and only 1 day one neighbour was playing loud music, other days were quiet No basic slippers

A simple, clean and functional apartment right next to Media City and five minutes walk from the waterfront. Met all of my needs and even though the accommodation lacks character (no pictures on walls, no interesting furnishings or ornaments, I found it very practical, spacious and warm. Excellent communications from letting company in advance of and on day of check-in and check-out.

Felt a bit unsure about the key collection/check in arrangements and also nervous about the £200 damage deposit which is collected on your credit card on arrival. As it happens, everything was fine, check in was easy (I was met outside the apartment block (skyscraper) and the deposit was returned with 48 hours of my departure. Bed seemed like it needed a re[placement/firmer mattress.

Amazing location - super close to the trams and buses as well as MediaCity and Sainsbury's. Staff have all been absolutely lovely and helpful. View from the flat is great. The vast majority of noise from the trams and from other residents is blocked out. Bed is unbelievably comfy (also shoutout to the cleaner who tucks my cuddly companion in!). Super nice to be able to cook, wash my clothes, and curl up in front of the TV after a long day at work.

Couple of small marks and stains around the flat but they weren't surprising - mustn't be easy to keep rentals 100% clean and damage-free. Only thing really that was really quite dirty was the microwave but given the rest of the flat, I imagine it was simply missed and easily so.

We stayed as we were going to the coop live for a concert, its 35mins on the tram and cost me £2.80... the taxi back to the apartment was £27 and took 15mins. The apartment has Lovely views, tram stop right outside and sainsburys local, a 2 min walk into media city with bars and restaurants, the Alchemist is a must as its on the water so great atmosphere. Honestly would stay again!

There is a lot of construction going on in the area, but it didn't affect our stay, and you can't really hear it either, but it's a bit unsightly. Didn't put us off staying again though!

Communication was great and Dennis who met me at the property was excellent; friendly, happy, welcoming, helpful and gave me great tips about the property whilst he showed me around it. The property itself was spacious, well equipped, easy to operate it, very quiet and next to a food store, bus & tram stops. Old Trafford was within walking distance, Central Manchester, Manchester Piccadilly Station, The Etihad and Co-Op live were on the tram line that stopped outside. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The apartment was fab. Clean, comfortable and ideal location. Salford Quays has some nice walks, restaurants and Bars. It is really easy to jump straight on the motorway. Parking was a nice touch. I would recommend and would definitely use them again.

Collection of the keys was a little slow, I had a message to call on arrival, this should be changed to call when you are about 10-15 minutes away. Parking was really handy but the charge wasn't mentioned until arrival. The company have several apartments so the photos in the advert were not of the apartment I stayed in. Although it was very nice.

I don’t usually stay overnight for work, but with heavy snow forecast over the Pennines, I decided to find a place close to where I was working. I booked Quay Apartments through Booking.com for convenience, and I’m so glad I did. The service was excellent right from the start. The company called me before my arrival, and all the necessary instructions were sent via text, making the process straightforward. I initially had trouble locating the correct parking, but a quick phone call to their team resolved it immediately. They were extremely helpful, and I met someone outside the apartments as arranged, who guided me to the parking space and then to my apartment. The apartment itself was a wonderful surprise. It was clean, bright, and warm—a blessing given the freezing weather outside. Everything I needed was provided, including a kettle, toaster, bath with shower, and even a washing machine. It truly ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay. It even had a great view from the huge windows! Initially planned for two days, I ended up extending my stay to three due to work. What impressed me most was the personal touch—knowing I could call and speak to a person rather than a bot if any issues arose made all the difference. I’ll definitely choose Quay Apartments again in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant and hassle-free stay!
