The staff have all been very helpful and pleasant when asked for advice or directions when we were going out. The breakfast was excellent, a great choice of menu- we really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and a good size. We liked the soap, shampoo and conditioner - of a good quality. We would recommend the Holiday Inn at Mediacity because it was a great location for our trip. It was very close to the tram so we were able to get to the AO Arena to see Peter Kay.❤️

We did find difficulty initially finding the hotel. There could be some signs on the roads to direct us as it is hidden.

the location is spot on being near to all the bars and restaurants also the water front. our main purpose of the stay was to visit the coronation street tour and the hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the studios.we also liked the friendly staff who were more than happy to have a conversation with you. the food was plentiful with a great choice at breakfast and of a good quality. we also liked the cleanliness of the hotel throughout our rooms were cleaned daily. the lifts were quick yo arrive never waited for more than a minute.

The location was very relaxing and amazing, next to the water, very many shops and food places nearby and also a short walk to the tram that goes to the center of the city so very accessible. The hotel is very clean, smelled really good from when you walk in, to when you walk through the halls to your room as well as the room itself. Staff were excellent throughout, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and our rooms were very spacious with a very big window with a wonderful view. Beds were extremely comfortable, me and my partner slept very well in the night.

Not many complaints. There was no fridge in our room and the water pressure wasn’t great for the shower.

Our 3rd visit this month so got to know the staff .Close to Salford Hospital. Reception staff caring & helpful - particularly Mia and Sarah - they really looked after us .At breakfast time it was Karin who was so lovely & caring for us at some very upsetting times ( relative in hospital).Also the two men on bar (sorry forgotten names). Breakfasts are always good at Holiday Inn & that’s why we chose there. Salford Quays is great to walk around with plenty of places to eat . Lowry Centre is lovely. Room was great - and quiet too .

We were there quite a lot & unfortunately found the menu pretty boring after a while.Sandwiches not good at all..Also after a tiring day at the hospital, we returned exhausted and didn’t realise that food stops at 10pm .Very disappointing. Such a shame - would have given full marks otherwise.

Clean, comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Nice location. Can't comment on breakfast etc., as I decided I wasn't prepared to pay £20 and went out instead.

The parking is confusing. We parked in the carpark outside the hotel, only to find it's nothing to do with the hotel and had to pay immediately, and then had to move the car to another carpark around the corner with which the hotel have a deal. This worked out at £11 for 24 hours, which I suppose isn't bad. It was a couple of hundred yards away, which might be a pain if you don't have bags with wheels.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Manchester-MediacityUK and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable bed and a great view of the surrounding area. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of MediaCityUK, with easy access to public transport, local shops, and dining options, making it perfect for both business and leisure stays. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and great coffee to kick-start the day. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future!

One downside was the parking. I selected the hotel on Booking.com using the filter for parking included, but upon arrival, I discovered it was paid parking, and I was charged £11. It would be helpful if this was clearly stated during the booking process to avoid any confusion.

Lovely friendly staff, comfy bed, great location. Stayed here before and would do again.

This time round it wasn't as clean as last time, headboard was full of dust as was the telephone. Only had 1bath towel between 2 of us. Don't get me wrong had I mentioned it I'm sure we could of got one. But as I only noticed as we were going out for the evening I didn't have chance to sort it as the taxi was waiting. I believe it had been fully booked the previous night so, things can get missed. Certainly didn't put us off and would go again. Just some honest feedback.

Clean, lovely spacious room. Great location for where we wanted to be. Friendly helpful staff. We had an issue over a misunderstanding concerning breakfast (something and nothing) which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Plenty of choice at breakfast to suit all needs whether it be a full English to set you up for the day of just something light

The location was perfect as we were going on the Coronation Street experience. It's also perfect for anything at Media City. Staff on check-in / out were really friendly

Breakfast was disappointing with lack of bacon, etc. When my mum asked a member of staff for bacon who I believe was possibly the restaurant supervisor, she was spoken to very rudely. It seemed like there weren't even staff in the restaurant. There was one male, one female who were both working really hard and trying to do everything, and there was also a lady who I believe was possibly the supervisor as her uniform was different than the other two. She didn't seem to be doing much at all and spoke to my mum rudely.

The hotel was as we expected and was great value for money. The location was perfect for seeing a show at The Lowry. The food was fabulous. I'm always a bit nervous eating in at hotels, expecting microwaved food tbh. But the evening food and the breakfast were all fabulous!

Would have much preferred a standalone shower than over bath. The sides of the bath were quite high so was a bit worried about slipping on entry or exit. Also wasn't a fan of the floor to ceiling window! But the curtains were great to keep it covered whilst allowing light in. I'm sure most people love it though - kind of laughing at myself and my dislike of heights!
